I think Example still has a chance of making up the gap to #1 but it is looking increasingly likely that The Script will get a second week. DJ Fresh should challenge for #1 next week. The Script actually could be #1 by default 3 times in a row though, I can't see them improving their weekly sales at all over this first month :drama:

Didn't realise 'Coconut Skins' wasn't released as a single. Much like Emeli Sande's 'Clown', it'll just be another album track making a chart appearance. Good on them both.

Script sales were only 70k+ for last week, if the Script hang on, their sales are most likely to dip a bit, I wonder if the track will maintain some healthy sales like Spectrum did. I don't think the track will manage a 3rd week, on those sales, but I do like to see some #1s hanging on for some weeks instead of the weekly turnover.

So will Never Tear Us Apart by Paloma Faith and Blue Velvet by Lana Del Rey have any impact on this week's itunes charts, both released before end of the week

Strange to see this go up significantly again, I don't think it's had much airplay but just really from the Olympics performance as far as I know. Pity that this solo version couldn't have hit #1 as I think it's far better without the Pro Green rap.
