I still have Adele at number #03 as does LivePopBars & Kworb. If she manages to go number one tomorrow and create a decent sized lead it wouldn't surprise me to see Adele top 3 come Sunday. It would be quite amusing to see One Direction ending up at #04 this weekend, however I believe the chart may go

01. Rihanna - Diamonds

02. One Direction - Live While We're Young

03. Psy - Gangnam Style

04. Adele - Skyfall

05. Ellie Goulding - Anything Could Happen.

1 at mine and many others at ATRL, since 20 minutes ago.

Are you living in the future?. Just kidding

It's still at #3 on my computer, which website are you seeing it at number 1 on?

I think you may be under-estimating the power of Adele ;) She will be number 1 by lunch time tomorrow.

Skyfall up to No 3 :yahoo:

Go Adele! I hope she kicks Rihanna's ass soon. :yahoo:

Here's one to watch:

496 Beatles - Love Me Do

It's the second highest of The Beatles 4 entries in the top 1000. I have no idea where it normally is but it has been on the news a lot today as we are approaching it's 50th anniversary as their first chart single. I wouldn't be completely shocked if this made the top 10 overall in the next couple of weeks. If you think that sounds daft, well the track has 'form' in this respect. On the 20th anniversary in 1982 it made no.4, far higher than it's original peak of no.17.

I was one of those who bought that re-release...

Me too! When is it premièring? :o

WTF at this Krissykins guy. I wasn't aware that some people had such narrow minded views about music. Really?

I seem to have wriggled off the hook, then... ;)

On iTunes, I assume you mean?

ISTM that many Adele fans will not even realise her song is available today, so that will help RiRi out.

How can it be made 'album-only', when it's not *on* an album?

Perhaps more of a mis-quote.

Well you can tell 1D are running scared appearing on Daybreak and first live X Factor tomorrow night...bit late to be going all Victoria Beckham and True Steppers about it now, aren't they? This will be a massive sense knock to their egos...
How the hell is Solange's newie as high as #137?! She didn't even do well when she was getting airplay, and I can't imagine this is getting any, so #137 is impressive.

Yours it is ;)

Adele - Skyfall :no1:

Would be good if it could enter number 1 this Sunday but I won't hold my breath.

I don't think Adele can quite make it in 2 days.

She would need to sell four times what Rihanna is selling on friday and saturday, it's not gonna happen IMO.

She should be unstoppable next week though.
