Except in that case, Sharon was jealous of Dannii's looks, but I think in this case Mariah is better-looking than Nicki tbh, so it can't be jealousy again.

 

I find it quite believable though, since Mariah was often getting into arguements with people when I was younger.

'Red' will definitely be looking at being Taylor's third best peak to date then (would need #21 or higher to do that which it'll easily manage if it gets some top 10 effect now). YAY at Jason being kicked out anyway. 'Begin Again' still at #35, really surprised at how well it's holding up considering it's more country than pop, hope it can stick around in the top 40 for a second week as it's easily her best song to date for me as much as I hate to say that about a country song. Quite interested to hear her collab with Ed Sheeran.

 

Skyfall's pre-orders seem to have peaked and it's now falling back a little bit (down to #24). It must have done enough by Friday to 'debut' in the top 10 at least. 'I Can't Make You Love Me' still at #32 (#32 in the mids as well :D) and also 'Someone Like You' is back at #94.

 

'Clique' up to #22 and it looks like it's at least #31 on the mids, looks like a good chance of a new peak! EDIT: In fact, already at a new peak of #28 in the mids :cheer:

 

Also Maroon 5 up to #56. Looks like this song might happen after all.

 

Sadly was always a matter of when rather than if. You just don't get US #1s that flop here, 'Imma Be' is the only one this decade and all the rest bar 'Raise Your Glass' and 'Set Fire To The Rain' have gone at least top 10 (those two being big top 15 hits), this won't be an exception :(

She's one of those artists that I always buy the CD album for anyway.

 

I don't think you need to worry about her promo singles decreasing her album sales. Her last album debuted with over 1m copies in the States, even after all three promo tracks had gone to #1 on iTunes. It helps people get a taste of the album and I imagine it will be her biggest in the UK sales wise regardless (I don't know how much 'Fearless' has sold but 'Red' should be helped by being a Q4 release).

For goodness sake, lighten up - apart from anything else, this wasn't even *about* rap!. It was based on Mariah's extended success in the pop industry where 3 years is an average career.
