October 6, 201212 yr Author I think this now edges 'Want U Back' as my favourite song/single from her because it doesn't have those slightly annoying grunts. Hope it can be some kind of 'hit' on both sides of the pond but I wish it was a new album we were getting.
October 6, 201212 yr This hasn't properly clicked with me in the same as Want U Back and some others on the debut did, but it's a good song and would definitely be a great choice of UK single as well.
October 8, 201212 yr Everything seems to be going so well for her in the US! X7DSIQ75hjo Hopefully 'Oath' takes off as much as I am expecting it to/it deserves to!
October 9, 201212 yr Confirmed as her UK single for the re-release Yey!! :cheer: Where did you read that?
October 9, 201212 yr Yey!! :cheer: Where did you read that? http://www.digitalspy.co.uk/music/news/a40...xe-edition.html Actualy not confirmed, but most likely
October 21, 201212 yr Apparently, 'Oath' is being released in the UK on November 25th with the deluxe album being released the following day on the 26th. Also, she is apparently performing on the UK X Factor on the 25th and on the US X Factor on the 22nd. I hope it's all true anyway! :cheer:
October 29, 201212 yr SwhZEIUjhHU LOVED that performance and the little interview at the end is... *.*!!! So pleased she got to number 8 in the albums in the US though! :o (Despite the dramatic (but expected) drop to 30-something the week after)
November 23, 201212 yr SO what's going on here? Isn't this due for release in 2 daaaaays? Looks like any potential UK release has been cancelled for now. Maybe Oath will become the UK lead single for her 2nd album next year?
November 24, 201212 yr l93b1o5RtxA A performance like that on our XFactor would get this song to SMASH. THAT DANCE BREAKDOWN!!!!!! *.*!

November 26, 201212 yr l93b1o5RtxA THAT DANCE BREAKDOWN!!!!!! *.*! Whilst rather simple, I thought that dance breakdown was very impressive as back when she released 'Swagger Jagger' she couldn't dance for shit. She's come pretty far but she's still as arrogant as ever. 'Oath' is exceedingly catchy though - just like every Dr Luke track. Is it going to be released in the UK or has she given up on us now and just solely focusing on the USA? They do seem to love her, much more than the UK. EDIT: As I've just said in the US iTunes thread, I've decided Cher pisses me off. Why does she have to make a separate US video and why does she put on a fake accent when in the US? Her being so fake is exceedingly irritating. Edited November 26, 201212 yr by Slowpoke

Her being so fake is exceedingly irritating. I think you're trying to hard to hate Cher. It's not like it's her who have decided to do another video for Want U Back. It's her record label. And people complaining about someone attitude when everybody in this world, you included, is never nice is really ironic. When we are teenager we're insulting people, shading people behind our computer. Everybody does that. What Cher has done?....Putting a fake accent according to you... -_- Edited November 28, 201212 yr by johnnyorfino
January 4, 201312 yr Oath peaks at No.73 in the USA this week. I hope it continues to climb. Not sure what her plans for the UK are though.
