Yeah Rod should sell 35-40k, VW should do 25k with the third album having a fanbase now & also radio 1 have alisted the first single even though it has only went top 75 in the OChart. Hard to tell with Gab downloads will be good she should do 25k as well!!

It will likely be a brand new top 3 this week but i am not overly convinced about Gabrielle Alpin, i still think she could chart around number 9 on Sunday.

Rod Stewart might also have a chance of the #1 album Radio 2 are showcasing his concert this Thursday, thanks to ManicK on Haven.

Based on all these details about Rod Stewart, I retract my statement and think he could be number one with 35k-40k too. As for Vampire Weekend and Gabrielle Aplin, I still don't expect them to sell more than what Caro Emerald did last week.

Despite them being #1 on iTunes (Gabrielle almost certainly ahead combined anyway) I think VW will struggle a bit for a top 3 debut. It's definitely between Rod and Gabrielle for the #1 and I now think Rod will do it despite saying Gabrielle was certain to the other day.

 

Really hoping to see VW in the top 2 but it won't happen. Best it'll do is matching the #3 of 'Contra'.

Been made available to listen to on iTunes, wouldn't surprise me if this went up to number one as the 3 main releases won't be having a big lead over the rest of the chart.

Daft Punk are still #1 on pre-orders alone. Amazing.

 

Also, Passenger are up to #4. I have a suspicion they (or is it a he?) might end up sneaking up to #1 if Daft Punk falls away quickly and sales drop as low as they did last summer.

Should be a new top 2 of Daft Punk and Thirty Seconds To Mars then. Hopefully The National can get the third highest new entry (their last album went top 5, would be fantastic if this one could beat that) and Demi should also be top 10.

I really hope 30STM can make #2, should be a doddle given that This Is War went platinum but the hype's not been completely there. Even I forgot to pre-order it.

I would be delighted if 30 Seconds To Mars could take the number 2 position and then stay around for a while, i would be also delighted if Texas can manage a top 10 comeback or even Top 5.

Demi doing amazingly well! Hopefully she can get her first UK top 10 album :D
