October 10, 201214 yr Adele A-List :D Still slightly surprised it didn't just go straight there but I guess they're still über-strict on A-List entries even though B-List entries have become much more common. Good to see Wiley isn't being snubbed after all but it seems like a bit of a short-notice addition, unless it's been pushed back or something. Woo for Disclosure and Sub Focus (as artists, haven't heard either song :kink:) and The Wanted's newie is growing on me.
October 10, 201214 yr Maybe they'll put Angel Haze on the main playlist soon, since she's doing incredible well on iTunes atm!! Nice to see yet another Trey Songz song on the playlist. I hope 2 Reasons gets pushed in the UK at some point, it's getting quite popular. Great to see Sneakbo and Sub Focus too. Also a relief to see Wiley onto the B-List. I hope the song can go top 20. It'll make up for 96 f***ries missing the top 40 lol. Va Va Voom off the playlist, I wonder if that's to do with Nicki's behaviour recently. Her songs have been plummeting in the US also since then. October 10, 201214 yr Brilliant to see Adele on the A-list...did BBC Radio 1 support the previous Bond themes? Glad that it's Scott's big thing, and Fearne Cotton supporting Lana Del Rey's Ride. :wub: David Guetta/Sia off of the playlist will probably mean they won't re-peak, funny since we all thought it would be a massive hit, when it's just been a moderate sized one. Surprised Nicki Minaj is off so soon. I could see Ellie Goulding and Taylor Swift taken off next week.

October 11, 201214 yr Nicki Minaj, Mumford & Sons and David Guetta all out?! :cry: Am certain they'll still keep playing them though - they're big supporters of each artist respectively. Great to see Wiley's new single being added straight to the B-list. Although it's effectively the same track as 'Heatwave', I really like it. Hopefully another top 5 hit for him, potentially #1 if Skepta and JME's fanbase get behind it too + can outsell any of the X-Factor performing artists.

Yeah its strange they dont do that more often by pushing artists from the upfront list into the main list. Angel Hze would have been the perfect example, its nearly top 40 on hype and the odd radio 1 play. Think they will really push her in January!!
