Holy crap this is tough. How is one to choose between the understated elegance of For Your Eyes Only and the shriekathon 80s power ballad glory of License to Kill?!

 

I need to think on it.

This one is tough. A View To A Kill just edges ahead of the fabulous Licence To Kill.

These are getting harder and harder! :cry: I’m thinking A View to a Kill, but For Your Eyes Only and Licence to Kill are fabulous too! All Time High seems to be a forgotten one, but I think that is just as brilliant as any of the others!

"The Living Daylights" by a country mile, one of the best ever.

A great decade of songs, all great in fact, but License To Kill has just the edge on the others. It harks back to the Bassey style of songs but with a more contemporary late 80's sound at the same time. And of course that bit where it drops out and comes back even more melodramatic with the big 80's drums is quite brilliant.

"Licence To Kill" is my all-time-favorite-Bond-song forever and ever! :cheer:

That's alright. I only discovered it a few weeks back myself, although I can't say I can remember what it sounds like! :P It's on one of their albums though.

I can't remember exactly what the Blondie version sounded like, but I remember thinking it didn't seem to sound like a James Bond song. I love Sheena's For Your Eyes Only anyway. :heart:

It's close between Duran Duran a-ha and Gladys but I voted for Gladys
