Posted October 31, 201212 yr From the official site: http://www.robbiewilliams.com/news-blogs/d...ingle-announced 31 Oct 2012 As if the release of Candy on Monday wasn't enough excitement for one week, we are now able to reveal that Robbie's next single will be Different, the fourth track from his forthcoming album, Take The Crown! Set for release on 17th December, Different was produced by Jacknife Lee, who said of the track: "I think when Robbie gets a song right it's the vulnerability mixed with the bravado that makes it so compelling". But what does Robbie think? "It's the great hope of the second single variety," he said. "A lot of effort went into this song, which is a very personal statement".
October 31, 201212 yr Author Good choice for a second single, I really like it from what I've heard so far  will sound good on the radio. http://i49.tinypic.com/2yoqtg0.jpg Edited October 31, 201212 yr by Sparkle
October 31, 201212 yr Well, I've decided to wait the album's release. So I haven't listened full songs from radio yet :) But I like style of further video...similiar of Mad Men... Edited October 31, 201212 yr by Better Man
October 31, 201212 yr I am absolutely loving this song, I think it is beautiful :heart001: http://www.bbc.co.uk/programmes/b01ng6wl @ 1.55
November 1, 201212 yr Didn't think much of this in the snippet and only thought it was a good tune in the Dermot O'Leary acoustic performance but having heard the album version I think it is by far the best song Rob and Gary have written together. Like the follow up to 'Heart & I' in a way. Really classic Rob here lyrically and melody wise, and fair play to Gary - really good music on this one - live the opening and the acoustic parts. A really really good tune and a worthy second single :D Edited November 1, 201212 yr by De Niro
November 4, 201212 yr It's a good single choice .. ( I would have gone with Into The Silence but we will leave that for the third release instead eh Rob !! ) I'm hoping he's kind enough to give us a B-side or two with Different ..
November 4, 201212 yr Really like this song (I'm a sucker for strings and big production!), in fact I'm listening to the album for the first time now and rather enjoying it, the first half especially.
November 4, 201212 yr Still not connecting with this one  I can't see what all the fuss is about either Jupes!
November 4, 201212 yr A very special tune for the chorus in this one (definitely reminds me of sth classic I cannot find right now as well). It builds nice during the verses and the chorus is an updated version Lazy Days. It is a hugely radio-friendy song all over. It is a Robbie signature song otherwise (good old Robbie) but it does hove some pop elements (2nd half of the chorus) that remind me of how Gary writes as well. I like this song but it will be very optimistic to predict anything higher than low top10. Robbie is an album seller so if the single is succesful it should push album sales instead. :winner:

November 18, 201212 yr Oooooh  Is that still photo from the video? Why is he wearing a suit? Because he's all important conducting his orchestra <_<
November 18, 201212 yr There's an orchestra? Oh. Anyway, he needs mental hair to be a conductor. They all have mental hair. -_- -_-
November 19, 201212 yr Author Oh wow, finally, a Robbie video that I like, in fact I love it! How gorgeous does Robbie look in it     MFCWdrnZIIs No pink suits, No rabbits, no dressing up wearing stockings ^_^ phew!
November 22, 201212 yr It's a good track, but I would've thought 'Into The Silence' was the more logical single choice.
