I didn't vote for any of my top three from the semi in the final! :lol: I really should pay more attention when voting in the semis next time!

Maybe Phil submitted an accidental rushed set of final votes which had Rontvia 12, Hendinia 10 and Numayania 8, giving final scores of 161 vs. 159. Clutching at straws? :P

(although :o at how people actually notice these things! I never even thought of checking for voter consistency!!!)

 

Oh and I'm not sure but I think that Ramrynia may have just beaten me at the final hurdle in the YTD.

TBH it's the best Tori song I have ever heard, which is a bloody mean feat considering I don't rate Tori that much and I really haven't liked Delta all that much.

With it being the end of the fiftieth contest, something of a landmark, I'm gonna post something really cheesy and oh gawwwd.

 

But, it's always fun to be a part of BJSC, so I just thought I'd thank everyone who's made it what it is. To think, last year, we held a contest that we thought was the 'last contest' because interest seemed to be dwindling. But, it's definitely come roaring back - and this year in particular, despite a lot of the 'indier' entries not being to my tastes, has been very good, diverse, and BJSC has hit a very good, new turn. Thanks to all the varying mods over the years, a job that always gets stick, but in general, despite the negativity thrown, you've all done a good job in making the contest what it is - and the same goes to any country who's participated for the 50 contests.

 

And, well done to Tom aswell - welcome to the 3 WINNERS CLUB (Y)

awww rob's done a lovely message but he IS right, bjsc's been a load of fun this year and it's been really unexpected - and some of the really successful tracks (st. lucia, chvrches, man without country etc. etc.) have been more to my taste than i ever expected when i joined. it's really nice to see that everyone literally does just have a chance. congratulations to tom on winning AGAIN this year to finish it off (your entry was genuinely brilliant <3) and thanks to everybody who helped me win 3 times in the process coz well i really didn't expect that when i joined either!! can't see me doing better than i did this year well, EVER (but you never know!).
