August 17, 200619 yr Author It just came to my attention there are some sales data missing for Wednesday from HMV, Virgin and Napster, probably Arctic Monkeys fell into this category hence their low sales.

August 17, 200619 yr It just came to my attention there are some sales data missing for Wednesday from HMV, Virgin and Napster, probably Arctic Monkeys fell into this category hence their low sales. Interesting, so the arctics are probably number 3 then?
August 17, 200619 yr Woohoo-Go Shakira!!! Has Arctics bubble burst already :-0 They need to release a song that sounds different to the rest if they want another No.1 hit... It's a top five hit for god's sake  it's not like they're going to be dropped or anything like that -_- think about all the other indie bands who don't get top five singles (even with the first one) and STILL sell millions of albums ;) Maybe not releasing on downloads until this week might have hurt them though.
August 17, 200619 yr Author Interesting Chamillionaire, is only 60 copies ahead of Arctic Monkeys on the combined chart, but on downloads only Chamillionaire is way ahead with a wide margin over Arctic Monkeys, with just under 400 for AM

August 17, 200619 yr No chance of entering top 10, there is a big gap ahead of her, of 1.7 at least :( But if Paris is down 9 from last week's position, surely that makes her #15, and not Alesha? :o
