YEAH but in what year would you even put Echoes of Silence? It was released on like 22nd December and all the lists were already compiled. Since it's technically a 2011 release, it's going to be SNUBBED by everyone.

 

POOR DECEMBER RELEASES. :( That's why I always keep off doing the lists until very end even if it means no replies in my EoY chart threads :drama:

I literally still love all of it! It's also the album that i associate with last year more than any other so is always going to be up there, even if it is a BIT much maybe.

I only properly love the Top 4. This year has been so terrible for albums! I like other albums from this year as well, but Taylor Swift's album is too new for it to be up there and iamamiwhoami's album isn't as good as I thought it was going to be when I first heard it.

That's a pretty cool 2011 Top 10 though! I like the M83, Bon Iver and Jay-Z + Kanye albums. Midnight City, Holocene and Niggas In Paris are in my Top 100 songs of all time. :wub: The only other alum on the list that I've heard is the James Blake album, and that isn't a very good album in my opinion, sorry. :P

srsly i don't know what i was even thinking re. lady gaga last year i was hoping nobody would remember. must have been having a weird day / week / LIFE. jamie xx on the other hand would most probably be sneakin in at #11 if it's any consolation.
