The Girls will be on Radio 1 tomorrow morning (14th December) performing one of their greatest hits along with a mystery cover in the Live Lounge. It'll probably be broadcast between 11-12, but Fearne's show is 10-1, so it could be any time between them! :D

I'd hope to hear "Love Machine", "Biology" or (due to it being their début single) "Sound of the Underground"! I'm looking forward to both performances anyway, despite their historic covers of "Rehab" and "With Every Heartbeat" not being excellent :lol:

Anyway, I would love them to do The Promise as they always seem to perform that brilliantly live, and Sound of the Underground does seem incredibly likely as it's the tenth anniversary and all that.

For me that could be one of their best EVER vocal performances, they all sound completely on point and sound amazing together, lovely mash-up too. Wouldn't mind hearing that on tour (Although I obviously want to hear BCYLM in full) :wub: :heart:

Indeed. It was quite exceptional! :wub: The songs really suited each other too - Beautiful 'Cause You Love is like the answer song to Beneath Your Beautiful! Some more of BCYL would have been nice (and more Sarah!) but that aside it was a stunning performance, brilliant vocals!

 

Live Lounge performances always surprise me in terms of vocals, even artists which are usually crap when singing live sing perfectly during Live Lounge!

It was excellent - it's great to hear them perform it live again (and I see I have another performance of it to catch-up on from The Graham Norton Show!) They always have so much fun performing it, and all of their vocals are strong :D

 

I didn't enjoy "Beneath Your Beautiful" as much, because it's so current and their vocals don't suit it - Labrinth's husky tone with Emeli's softer one is perfect for it, but I like the mini mash-up with "Beautiful Cause You Love Me"! :D
