Niamh Blackshaw has been cast as Romeo Quinn's sister Juliet (ofc :lol:). Niamh is probably best known for playing Lara Cutler involved in the Bethany storyline in Coronation Street last year.

 

Looks like they're wanting a new focus on Hollyoaks High (ugh) with her joining Ollie, Imran and Brooke in the same year.

 

Caught up today - I was almost in tears when Brody was talking about what Buster had done to him. It's just becoming so frustrating now seeing the wider impact that he's had / is still having on people (and the amount of people he's probably going to attempt to tarnish to cover it all up).

Brody really has been absolute incredible this week and has suprsingly shone with his acting this week! I think Ollie is a very gifted actor and this storyline really has been a huge success and It’s been done excentally well and everyone involved has actually made Hollyoaks unmissable the last week.

I would’ve liked to have seen Luke finding out about the abuse but other than that what an incredible episode, Hollyoaks is brilliant atm :wub:

The scenes between Brody and Ollie have been incredible, both fine actors who have made this week unmissable! I do feel like Buster may get away with it for a while longer though.

Agreed - particularly since at the beginning of the episode following

Brody and Ollie going to the police station everybody in the village knows

without any explanation / scenes to solidify how, etc.

Hollyoaks has been incredible this week they really are brilliant at hard hitting topics like this they definitely deserve to win awards for this storyline imo !

You are not alone in this. I'm over him as a character and his whole voice in the head thing is a little bit odd to watch still.

 

Also, where did bunny boiler Russ come from?! Seems a little odd he knew nothing of what Mercedes past was like since he was last in it and just immediately took Roxy's word on everything.
