Maybe, but radio in the US don't work like the UK, so a song going top 10 (or even #1 on iTunes) can get practically no airplay.

I don't even care that much if radio gets on board, Lana top 10 on iTunes is still a dream come true! I would estimate she's #5 combined right now.

I wonder why the USA never fully embraced at least 'Video Games'. I'm still yet to hear 'Young And Beautiful' but fab for her nonetheless.
The horror show of an SNL performance made her a laughing stock aaaaaand you know how close-minded US radio can be :P Even alt radio never touched it because by the time they tried in the US, the whole "omg she's fake!!!" backlash had started.
I don't think any of Lana Del Rey's songs actually got sent for adds in the US did they? It's different there, you need an add date for your song usually, or radio stations won't even consider it, unless you're already a huge radio artist like Rihanna, Bruno Mars, etc.

I believe 'Video Games' did! Couldn't tell you if it was all formats but there was an add date of some sort. No future singles were sent to radio, though.

Well, I found out Video Games went top 100 on pop radio, but without being sent for adds. Maybe it was sent for adds on alternative radio or something.

 

I don't think any song gets sent to all formats because it's almost impossible to get a song (apart from Rolling in the Deep) that all of them will play.
