SMALL dilemma in that one of the artists entered doesn't have a top 40 single in their own right but used to be in a band that did. That's totally fine right? Shouldn't be grounds for rejection really.

I guess it depends on whether the new act is easily identifiable as being derrived from the act which has had the hits. E.g. BEAK> should be excluded, as they're normally described as being 'that guy from Portishead's side-project'.

the band had like 2 top 40 hits at #26 and #30 so i'm letting it slide. 24 HOURS (ish). MP3S PLEASE.
