Oops looks like you haven't liked an entry from me yet, I'll win you over somehow

"Goodbye" and "Discipline" are criminally low IMO

hate to rain on dandy*'s parade but C&TQ still passes me by with that song, but the WONDERFUL saint claude goes unnoticed compared :'( great countdown tho hunT

tis a shame Saint Claude couldn't get a decent result in the final as well :(

edit - just checked back as I didn't recall you loving it that much at the time so it's brilliant that it's grown on you so much. YAY AGAIN!

proof it's not always the songs that make the biggest first impressions that stick with you most!

Oops looks like you haven't liked an entry from me yet, I'll win you over somehow

I pointed 'Flash Drive' though :o (and I liked Push/Rivers also to an extent) but yes WIN ME OVER next year please, Trifoski Approval is best Approval as we all understand <3

A bit of a shock curveball #1 but it's a lovely song (having just relistened to it, because i forgot it even existed :heehee:). Really liking it and the rest of the top 3 is v good~ A largely good list and in line with a fair bit of what I like too. :D

I hope to get back on board the Trifoski hype train next year, after two years showing a fair bit of support, it all went a bit dry this one :( Looking forward to what you conjure up regardless :funky:

Can't argue with that top 3, Seven! 'Christine' was a top pointer for me and 'Fuel To The Fire' would have been had I voted in that contest - still adore both of them . 'I Am The Antichrist To You' may not have made as huge an impression on me but I can completely see how its uniqueness and sheer beauty makes it a major highlight of the year.

Reading through your list, there are sooooo many great shouts, many of which'll likely make my own if I ever get around to it. Ones that jump out include 'Distant Past', 'Habib Galbi', 'Get Up', 'Tide: The Paradox Effect', 'U-Huh' and '1/M/T', and of course it's also great to see some Desbuanda in your top 20 with 'TV'. :D

By the way,

on the first day of Christmas December, this countdown gave to me:

One Fljótavík

One Greenfroze

One Kylienips

One Mulgracia

Twooo PROOOJJJJSS!!

One Persephonia

One Sandeborg

One Séyetana

And a (Singer)purear in a pear tree!

#10 -> #1 coming tomorrow ~

I read this to the tune in my head and lol'd when I got to the bolded part. <333

Excellent countdown!

cry with me buzzjack :'( a sweeping & emotional track with a hard-hitting music vid (which I will admit made me well up a bit :|). Singerpurear to me seem slightly reminiscent of the late great Zechonia, more of this in 2016 please!

owww 7 now I'm welling up too! Thanks loads and I will be searching for another gem :yahoo:

and yay at sandra in there too :cheer:

Trifoski launch investigation into "suspicious" Femme/PJSC situation

http://i1324.photobucket.com/albums/u605/SevenSeize93/femmegold_zpsgw78ed7d.png

Earlier today, pop group (and Trifoski favourites) Femme were unveiled as one of the entries in the final PJSC contest of 2015, with their new track "Gold". SevenSeize, while pleased that the group have been given the chance to reach new listeners, is reportedly "highly suspicious" of the fact Femme were vetoed with previous single "S.O.S.", which he'd attempted to enter back in the summer. A thorough investigation is currently ongoing.

In a shock twist (after taking a glance at the song's running time), Femme's "Gold" has now been announced as a frontrunner for Trifoski's BJFestivalen 2016 entry.

For anyone interested, Seven's entry for this month's sorta Christmas-themed PJSC is former BJSC Top 10 smash "Warm In The Winter" by Glass Candy!

I saw Kero Kero Bonito live last night supporting Saint Etienne, they're adorable <3

They're just so genuinely happy and full of joy, in a completely sincere way. The BJSC entries were highlihts, obvs.

Tbh there wasn't even any point in anyone else entering the spinoff, Sufjan just slaughtering all foes *_*

(Seriously tho 'Christmas Unicorn' is a great entry, especially with the Joy Division sample at the end. Hope it does well for chu :3)

Sufjan Stevens "Christmas Unicorn"

15th in BJSC Christmas Spinoff 2015

Despite there being virtually no "indie" audience voting in the recent Christmas Spinoff, Trifoski still smashed their way into the Top 15 with Sufjan Stevens' 12-minute epic "Christmas Unicorn" in a very impressive showing. The song also completely stole the show on the Spinoff's Dubtrack session, with nearly all the other participants just looking kinda silly in comparison. It was really impossible to step up to this level of quality though there were other great tracks, including the winner "2000 Miles" by Pretenders, a festive classic entered by Carolicia.

Yeasayer "O.N.E."

Finalist in BJSC TBO 2015

Trifoski laid down the shock of the century by reaching the TBO finals, with 2010s classic "O.N.E.". It is expected to finish nowhere in said final, though SevenSeize is reportedly looking to rope in members of the "indie bloc" to support Yeasayer. Time will tell if this amounts to anything whatsoever, but ultimately making the final is a much bigger achievement than anyone could have expected :o

and with that Trifoski would like to wish all you a VERY MERRY XMASSSS and a HAPPY NU YEAR :yahoo: :cheer:  here's to another year of quality-defining and odds-defying http://static.skaip.org/img/emoticons/v2/ffffff/champagne.gif

YAY-sayer! O.N.E. stuns onlookers with Top 15 finish

There were shocks abound in tonight's TBO results, as "Yeasyer" clawed their way to a 15th place finish, a surprising result that no one had seen coming. But Trifoski weren't the only ones to defy the odds and everyone's expectations- Singerpurear's Kishi Bashi and PRoJ's Everything Everything (both among Trifoski's favourites) finished 4th and 9th respectively! SevenSeize has extended his thanks to everyone who voted for "O.N.E."

Plans for First 2016 Entry "Set In Place"

Talks over Trifoski's first entry of 2016 were heating up this weekend. Following a recent meeting, the head of Trifoski's selection team reported to us that the country's BJSC 81 entry has now been decided upon, just in time for tomorrow's confirmation!

(isn't that just the most fitting lyric selection possible? kinda frighteningly prophetic infact...)
For anyone interested, Seven's entry for this month's sorta Christmas-themed PJSC is former BJSC Top 10 smash "Warm In The Winter" by Glass Candy!

I just realized this song was on Scream Queens

Great Good Fine Ok
"Take It Or Leave It"

Great Good Fine Ok were previously entered by B.a.N.G. back in October 2013 (the same contest Trifoski picked up their second victory), and they were brought in to represent SevenSeize in the Popjustice Song Contest this month, ultimately finishing in an excellent 3rd place. While not Trifoski's originally planned entry for BJSC 81- following an unjustified veto that caused uproar throughout the nation, "Take It Or Leave It" was quickly sent in as the replacement.

SevenSeize has reported that while he loves this entry, he has "zero confidence" that its PJSC success will be replicated on Buzzjack, and he is planning to issue a statement regarding Anohni's veto in the very near future.
