Biffy Clyro - Sounds Like Balloons (6th single from the album but they've A-listed all the others so I'm sure they'll add this)

Calvin Harris & Alesso feat. Hurts - Under Control

Eminem feat. Rihanna - The Monster (not sure if it's confirmed as the next official single but there's a good chance it will be #1 on Sunday so presumably they'll add it anyway)

Lady Gaga feat. R Kelly - Do What U Want

Katy Perry - Unconditionally

MS MR - Fantasy

JLS - Billion Lights (not 100% sure they'll support this but as it's the final single they might aswell, I'm pretty sure they playlisted all the others)

Afrojack feat. Spree Wilson - The Spark (they've had it as track of the day recently)

Dan Croll - Home

Olly Murs - Hand On Heart

McFly - Love Is On The Radio (would like to think they'll playlist this but in reality they probably won't)

Subfocus - Turn Back Time 2/12/13

Vance Foy - single gets played everyday of Fearne Cottons show (she says its her fav song) and listeners have enjoyed it hence it racing up itunes each day its played so they might play it.

Arctic Monkeys - One for the Road 9/12/13. Plenty of play for this band on radio 1 at the mo cant see any different for this single!!

Chvrches - Lies 2nd official single out 2/12/13. They have started alisting them so will give this plenty of plays!!

It's not out for over a month though, so probably not until next week or the week after.

Yeah more than likely i just chose this & the new AMs track as singles that they might add early because they love the bands at the moment!!

They didn't playlist Love Is Easy, although yeah I think you're right, I heard Scott Mills play it a couple of times (once when McFly were live in the studio).

Is 'One For The Road' confirmed as the new AM single? I keep hearing different songs being cited as the next single, like 'Arabella' and 'Knee Socks'.

Yeah, 'One For The Road' is officially confirmed as a single, it's coming out on 7" in December.

Arabella should def be released, it's the best song on the album !!

What about 'No.1 Party Anthem'?

They are nearly all 9/10s but Arabella is just special with the guitar riffs!!

lol it's true. Dizzee is the LAST person who should be complaining about Radio 1 playlisting. He's probably one of the station's most played artists in recent years. :lol:

 

I said in another thread, but his current single is too generic imo. If I had a radio station I wouldn't play the song.

I know i think he was drunk or something lol. It was reproted on newsbeat there.

 

His last single was poor he needs to do more Bassline Junkie style tunes!!

Regarding the playlist, agree with most of those except I think it's a week to early for them to add the 9/12 ones yet. So Arctic Monkeys, Jessie J, Kings of Leon & London Grammar will probably all be added next week (although they could possibly add Arctics or KoL a week early like they sometimes do).

 

Doubt they'll add AlunaGeorge or MS MR this late.

 

It really is last chance saloon for McFly and JLS this week but can't see either of them getting added.
