I still don't get the definition about food here, while some days later at least Robbie will suffer the ridiculous diet again. I was the worth of food and never needed a diet, I work out walking the dogs but seeing what Ayda is doing it is as much addiction to me as Rob's obsession with diets. Why not keeping the balance? They are not those kind of people who have to reduce their enjoyment to Christmas and Eastern because they do not have money. Balance is not that difficult

I don't think Ayda is addicted to exercise, I think it's part of her lifestyle , however with poor Robbie I think it's a 'have to' which I think is always difficult & a constant battle . Some people find it very easy , others do not, at the end of the day being healthy & happy is the ideal

I think Ayda is lucky in that she is a naturally slender girl although granted she works hard at keeping in shape. :)

Yes - the sunshine makes everything seem better. ^_^

I do wonder if Robbie's changing his mind about living permanently in the UK. It must be very tempting to stay in LA and just come back to Europe for work.

especially with this neighbour he has in the UK :-). I would like to live somewhere warmer either, but America is not the country I would chose (anymore). And LA? It might be hard to stay 'normal ' there. If you can afford both it is great though
London probably suits them as a base for some of the year with tv work etc

Teddy will be five in the autumn and at full time school. She'll be making friends and wanting to see them each day. I guess they have a plan. :)
