I am still in disbelief how well the tour turns out to be appreciated by now also from the critics. There are still bits here and there that Rob's hit times are over. But anyone agrees that he carries any show.

Hadn't he said that he would publish music from UTR during the tour? Until now it was only one song.

His Wilkes Academy seems to go from strength to strength and now they have two sons.

Their 25th anniversary was 2015 so that boat sailed yonks ago.

 

I can't see how Robbie won't be involved. They're obviously making room in their calendars for him to join them otherwise they would have done it as a threesome a year ago.

 

I think it will be TT4 (with RW, less JO) which is a shame isn't it. Like you say - Jason knows his own mind.

 

I'm trying to work out when that back op is going to happen though. :unsure: He's in all probability touring Oz in March/April. He might hang on for Soccer Aid. That's June. That won't give him eight months off. Promo for the GH album would probably start in September. :mellow:

 

Maybe something is planned after the tour and the book in September. That only gives him six months though?

He does seem to put himself through the wringer prior to a tour, then as he relaxes into it, everything smoothes out.

You know what , I think you have a very good point there Elizabeth , that often happens tp people where the old complaints start niggling at them when they come under pressure ,

 

He does need to do something with his back though as I do think he is having a lot of trouble with it , you could see that with all the sitting down he has been doing which I think has really helped but his performances for this particular tour have been rather sedate from what we are used to & that is due to the back problem

It will need to be sorted at one time or another - the problem won't just disappear. I can't imagine his Doctors would be happy just to leave it.
