March 17, 201313 yr Still gutted Just Give a Reason missed the Top 2, probably won’t get there next week either as it will be occupied by Justin Timberlake and The Saturdays (although that would be a brilliant Top 2 as well). Great to see Because We Can make a very good return to the Top 75, just a shame neither of David Bowie’s recent singles managed that. Brilliant Top 2! David Bowie scores a ninth number one album and Bon Jovi receive a seventh #2. Great to see Hurts hold on to a Top 10 placing and acceptable falls for the four main new entries from the previous week.
March 17, 201313 yr Shame Pink missed out on #2 :( Thanks 1D fans....way to ruin it. Congrats to Justin - well deserved. Christina Perri - You all know my feelings about her and that song..still - why it has come back I'd love to know. Helps her retirement fund I guess. Nicole - LOLOLOLOLOLOL - Now that must be a record for a Midweek #1 Glad to see the back of "Impossible" and "Beneath You're Beautiful". Shame "Drunk Dial" didn't make the top 100...that was The Wanted single that never was. I guess only names or those creating a buzz get the attention. Oh well.
March 17, 201313 yr I'm happy the Stereophonics album hasn't nose dived like I thought it would, in fact at #6, its higher than what I antuicipated, I thought it would be around #10 by now.
March 17, 201313 yr What's #75 on the albums? The OCC site seems to have omitted it!! For some reason at the top of the chart it says top 99
March 17, 201313 yr I can't believe Blake Lewis is at #38 - I've been following him for years and have both albums....never thought he'd get a top 40!!
March 17, 201313 yr Really happy that because we can by Bon Jovi is back in the charts, this is now its third time charting, one of the their more successful NEW singles in a while.
March 17, 201313 yr Regarding the #75 on the album chart, I shall find out tomorrow through MW, there is nothing I can do about that at present. It must be a cock up from OCC.
March 17, 201313 yr Regarding the #75 on the album chart, I shall find out tomorrow through MW, there is nothing I can do about that at present. It must be a cock up from OCC. Ah, that explains why the website says it's the "Top 99 Album Chart".
March 17, 201313 yr Author 'Swimming Pools (Drank)' and 'I Need Your Love' both back in with new peaks :cheer: Chart dominance from both now pl0x. (Where are you Haus?) Worship Central will have grabbed that #1 on the Christian and Gospel Albums Chart this week then - poor Hillsong United only having a single week :( Edited March 17, 201313 yr by Bré
March 17, 201313 yr Singles: 59 104 13 Kendrick Lamar Swimming Pools (Drank) Albums: 99 146 21 Kendrick Lamar Good Kid, M.A.A.D City 'Swimming Pools (Drank)' and 'I Need Your Love' both back in with new peaks :cheer: Chart dominance from both now pl0x. (Where are you Haus?) King Kendrick on the UP :w00t: (until he drops out of the top 100 on both next week). I need that album to be picking up more sales though. MASTERPIECE blah blah etc. (that Christian album chart is just too fierce to call tbh)
March 17, 201313 yr Didnt expect to see Blue back in the charts, the itv2 show has done good for them.
March 17, 201313 yr Nicole - LOLOLOLOLOLOL - Now that must be a record for a Midweek #1 I know the question has been asked over the last few days, but has anyone got a definitive answer to what is the biggest fall from midweek #1?
March 17, 201313 yr Author It's got #75 as 'Best Of' by David Bowie. Ah good they fixed that. Not entirely sure what that album is though, it's clearly not the 2002 'Best Of Bowie' album as that's at #97, assuming it must be the 1981 album 'The Best Of Bowie' then but that would surely be listed under that title or a6t least 'The Best Of'. Maybe ChartsPlus will provide an answer to this :P
March 17, 201313 yr It's got #75 as 'Best Of' by David Bowie. Cheers OCC must be reading Buzzjack
March 17, 201313 yr Author Actually, the #97 entry for 'Best Of Bowie' is marked as a new entry and the one at #75 has 234 chart weeks so #75 probably is the 2002 album - just a question of what the hell the #97 one is? The artwork listed next to it is the artwork of the 2002 album. Perhaps this is why the #75 was missing, this looks like a complete OCC cockup.
