You see the autotune is ironic in "Hard Out Here", it's just plain weird in "L8 CMMR"... it's like she half-arsed the vocals and couldn't be bothered to redo them, so they just autotuned it.

She just performed "Hard out there" on a big French show tonight! And it was introduced as the first single off the album.

It's weird they're pushing the song over here, and not "Air balloon". My fear is that the French audience don't get the sarcasm behind this song because most of us won't understand the lyrics, so I'm not sure that it plays in Lily's favor. People could think she's done a Miley. But oh well.

 

The performance was "fun" because nothing was censored, so we could enjoy the endless bitch bits. :lol:

And she had 4 female backing dancers basically doing the video routine, that was rather fun too.

 

Most of the vocals were mimed though, and she looked quite akward "acting" the song. I'm not sure she's believing in what she's doing.

I think the autotune in L8 CMMR fits well with the 8bit music and the video game-themed lyric video.

I am still excited for this. Think it will be a case of "why did she release those as singles before?" when we hear the full album.

Well that's my first thoughts when listening to "Our Time"!!!

Excellent cover art. It actually makes me like the title and I hated it when it was announced. Although 'Insincerely Yours' would have been perfect as a title IMO. 'Silver Spoon' could've been a good one as well.

 

Can't listen to the song because I'm in uni with no earphones :arrr:.

Loving 'Our Time' atm too. The only probably with this era for me so far is, her songs have faded away far too quickly and generally get boring quicker than her other stuff. I think 'Our Time' could potentially stop this. But I thought 'Air Balloon' wouldn't get boring for me, but I'm really over that now (and it all seemed to happen so fast)

"Air balloon" has grown on me a lot and "L8 CMR" as well. This is not as good/PERFECT as the previous era was, but I'm ok with the fact she won't be as good as she was so I can still enjoy her new material.

Looking forward to the album of course.

That artwork is amazing. Our Time is pretty damn good also, I really like the video. This album really cannot come soon enough.

So, according to Amazon, the 'Untitled' track 13 on the standard edition is apparently called 'Interland' and it's not on the deluxe. How bizarre.

I'm not a massive fan of 'Our Time' but I did like 'Air Balloon' and 'Hard Out Here' so I will check this album out when it gets released!
