Get Lucky has multiple entries, so is higher than them combined.

I think that they should do Notorious style promotion and that kind of promo helped it stay up for a while in the top 100 before dropping and had modest sales too. That was good managing as it had no airplay and still did well. If they only did that with 30 days and gentleman, they's both be 100+ definite and gentleman may have been at about #7 or #8 by now

Can I just say, famous american vlogger/comedien GloZell has done a vlog about Gentleman.

It's already dropping on iTunes.

Yes...I'm surprised none of you picked up on it, it's in the TV dates on the site! Anyway...this came up on my Twitter feed this afternoon. I'll just let the video explain...erm yeah.

 

I can't believe this is going to miss the top 10, their 0.1% away from dropping out of the top 10.

Hmm, I'm over it to be honest. Yes, it's not paid off for them and yes, it is disheartening after a #1 single but whether it charted at #1 or #40 it doesn't change my view on the song - I like it whether it was a hit or a flop although maybe reducing to 59p would help out - are they allowed to do that? They definitely should have done a few CD signings too. Sure, another top 10 and continued success after WAU would have been nice but the song just isn't one that will appeal to the masses but I think it's great they took a risk and didn't play safe, just a shame it's not gone they way they'd have liked. They'll come back with the next single sharpish now I guess and they should be fine whether they cling on to #10 or chart top 20.
