Must admit to being curious as to whether it's a old or new album that one person so far expects it to end below, since the other new releases don't look very strong?

I say top 3, 20-30k, I don't consider them big album sellers.

They are performing their latest single on Graham Norton show tomorrow.

Last album went to #1 selling around 53k iirc. If anything, they're not big single sellers ('The Only Exception' being the - errm - only (real) exception).

It'll go #1, I'm 99% sure and I'm confident it'll at least match 'Brand New Eyes'' first week sales, I don't think their fan base has shrunk.

I'm a tad worried with the way "Now" performed and how it was received and I've yet to listen to the album, but it should be #1 regardless of it dipping below the sales of the previous album and they have good promo (GN, Radio 1 Live Lounge)

Mot many *are*, these days... :P

They are generally bigger album sellers than singles, both of Riot! and Brand New Eyes went platinum while only four of their singles have sold much beyond their immediate fanbase (Misery Business, Decode, Ignorance and The Only Exception. Maybe Monster at a push).

#1 and 40-50k, they're as big as they were four years ago but obviously sales are slightly lower.

I'm hoping MW will come up with some official album sales for them - all I have is totals for their first two albums as of Oct'09...

10/10/09 All We Know Is Falling - 96,598

10/10/09 Riot - 150,094
