Currently #181 so should hopefully climb back into the top #100

Your dream has come true! :D

I feel like my weekly hate messages to Polydor has worked

It's unlucky that the iTunes have not advertised the new 59p batch though! It would be incredible if this managed to do a John Legend and re-enter the top 40. ' What About Us ' is #66 on Rolling Airplay Chart and #61 on Television Airplay chart!

I doubt this will even enter the top 100 again but as long as it remains top 200 it'll still build up some sales.

Calvin/Ellie are about to overtake it in sales and so will Duke Dumont so this REALLY needs to stick around and get boosts (hopefully when the album is out) to have any chance of a Brit nomination.

#169 now.

#166 now.

Sorry, I just really hope this gets a Brit nomination. I'm sure the British Single category is voted for by the public and fans so unless they're up against One Direction then they probably would actually stand a chance of winning it (since I can't imagine Disclosure/Duke Dumont/Bastille/Rudimental really having a big rabid obsessive fanbase like The Sats :lol)

Is it just radio airplay that is taking into consideration when Brit Nominations are announced? I'm sure if they added television and radio airplay combined and ' What About Us ' passed 400,000 it would certainly get a Brits nomination!

Urgh, it's not even been added to the 59p batch!

I'm sure if iTunes added them to the 59p promo, it would have gone much further up than #162 on iTunes, I'm dreading to think where it might have ended up tonight had it not been for 59p! Hopefully it's added to the batch next week and they return to the top 100.

Hopefully 'What About Us' remains 59p for longer than two weeks.

Probably because there's like 5 sales between #1 and #100
These numbers are sure weird...hehe. Could see some new countries dropping in like Guatemala, Kenya & Oman. Will they ever reach the youtube view range, of PSYs and Rihannas, in this decade

This year it was based on sales alone - it was the Top 15 best selling British artist singles that were nominated.

Is it definitely 59p I thought it would've climbed higher than where it is now?

People must know it's 59p otherwise there's no point especially since the song has been released a long time ago, the buzz and the airplay is just not as good as it used to be, so there no many ways for people to actually know that song have been reduced. It needs to be adverted.

This made a brief stint in Switzerland, but dropped off. Newzealand was a regular name here, but i think people shifted their thoughts after the earthquake scare before couple of days ...

The Weekly Sales Singles thread is closed for some reason, maybe by mistake?

Anyway, What About Us is at #132 this week. This is its 19th week in the Top 200.

It's only slowly falling now  woo!! :cheer:

Quite frustrating that it's not being advertised in the 59p section, I'm sure it would have returned to top 100.
