It's a no-brainer as to *where* it'll chart, so the main interest must be on what his 1st week sales will be...

I think it's got a very good chance of being the first album to sell 200k in a week since.....Michael Buble did it with his Christmas album in 2011.
100-125k. Michael Buble hasn't got a chance of selling any more copies apart from the last few months of the year. I'd maybe say 125-150k at a push, but I'm not so sure realistically.
Judging on the performance of the first single, I think it will sell 75-100k in the first week. Albums arent selling that great at this time of year. It will probably do similar in sales to Justin Timberlake so far.

You can't use singles as any sort of indicator at all for someone like Buble who is overwhelmingly an album-seller

I suppose it is hard to call since he hasn't really had a "regular" album since 'Crazy Love', and when that was released he wasn't really the major force he is now (his Xmas album didn't have great 1st-week sales, but that by its very nature had an unusual sales pattern). But with that said, since then he's established himself as the 3rd-biggest albums act behind Adele and Take That, so if anyone can defy the sales climate it's him imo.

EDIT: And I see it's now Top 10 on iTunes on preorders.....hasn't it actually done almost as well as Timberlake did on there? And obviously, Buble's sales will have a MUCH higher % of his sales come from physicals than JT did.

I said 75-100k, I think if he'd released this in Q4 it'd have a massive first week but I'm really not too sure of his ability to sell in huge numbers outside of Q4. Nonetheless, I expect it to hold up fairly well all year and still become a mega Q4 seller and end up in at least the top 5 of the year end chart.
I said 75-100k for next week then sell very well throughout the summer - 2 albums in the top 5 in December is a possibility with the xmas album too and more tv shows/performances!!
I believe he wont be far off 130,000 sales this week. He is a mega album seller and more importantly his sales are consistent, the album will stay Top 10 all year and is indeed a contender for biggest selling album of the year. Buble cannot be based on the performance of his single as he is not a singles act and never really was or will be.

Despite 'Haven't Met You Yet' having sold over half a million copies?

One hit single does not make you a singles act.

I'm guessing about 115k

How about two - IABD did make T10... :)

I know what you mean, though.

I wonder who voted "No". Hmm.
