I adore Summerboy, easily one of my favourites off of The Fame. Speaking of which she chose the best four singles to release, everything else does sound a bit dated and stale now. Shame they didn't choose the right singles from Born This Way, she couldn't had a perfect run of singles.

Yeah I completely agree. The singles really stand out as vintage Gaga, while the rest of the album (bar a couple of other highlights) is quite dated now.

I still find myself listening back though and enjoying it, if only because of the nostalgia of it all. The step-up into The Fame Monster was just leaps-and-bounds for her though!

Dancing in my revelation, underground pop civilization

| 39 // Retro, Dance, Freak // The Fame // 5.74

| 40 // Christmas Tree // Christmas Tree - Single // 5.66

| 41 // Black Jesus † Amen Fashion // Born This Way // 5.61

The third track to feature from BTW, is (unsuprisingly) also the final bonus track in this countdown, as

slips on the runway and narrowly misses the top 40. One of the most autobiographical songs on the album, the Black Jesus of the song refers to Gaga's apparent renewed sense of understanding of the world around her, upon moving to New York... Hmmm, ok forget all of that, with a killer-chorus, it's also a fiercely gay ANTHEM at heart. Work.

Seems you guys are either a jolly-fat-Santa or a grumpy-stinky-Grinch looking at these rates. Gaga's original festive tune,

showcases the Lady celebrating the season in true fashion, and so she should "because Christmas is the holiday that most makes boys and girls feel randy" apparently. It's enough to make me want to whip out the tinsel and baubles and grind on the nearest tree i can find.

Retro, Dance, Freak featured on certain international editions of The Fame, and remains one of her quintessential Fame day tracks. The song doesn't really seem to go anywhere, and is instantly forgettable without a brilliant chorus, so it's no wonder it limped in here.

The Queen aside (still not over that), you guys have been good with wading through these so far!

I'm just thankful that 'Hair' hasn't appeared yet! So pleased it managed to make top 40 in the end. I'm expecting it with each passing update and I'm thinking it's time is very nearly, almost up! :(

But yeah. Not too bothered about any of the ones that have featured so far!

Christmas Tree is DISGUSTING. Urgh.
I really wasn't a fan of Black Jesus † Amen Fashion at first, but after seeing it live at The Born This Way Ball I fell in love with it. Easily the best bonus track, and one of my favourites on the whole album actually.

I’m a bad kid and I will survive, one of the bad kids, don’t know wrong from right

A nostalgic 'un here,

charts Gaga's time spent with Lady Starlight in New York working her way to the big shiz. The less said about Starlight the better (WHAT EVEN WAS THAT AT THE BTW BALL!?), but there's no denying that infectious beat and chorus that romps all the way through this poptastic piece of glory. Definitely one of my favourite from pre-Fame Gaga.

I don't think there has ever been a song that i have changed opinion on more than the divisive

(currently on the chew-gum-don't-give-a-shit-i-k-kinda-like-it phase), which you guys rank as the weakest track off the standard edition of Born This Way. It all starts off very well, with Gaga paying homage to Michael Jackson and one of his best tracks (They Don't Care About Us HEY!), but with some choice lyrics in between and one of the weakest choruses on the album, it's no wonder it falls quite low. Also what ever happened to those extra verses she wrote for it?: "In my Meat Dress, i've got guns, up under my thumbs" *.* still waiting...

We keep saying whale, but his name is actually Wale. Remember it y'all as he has somehow made the top 40 with this slice of bubblegum hip-hop teaming up with the Lady in

. Try doing this on a drunken karaoke night and you will fail. Miserably. Fact. Quite a forgettable track, he managed to chart top 15 with it in the UK off the back of Gaga's huge career start, before quickly disappearing, and never being seen since.

I also really like Bad Kids, the chorus is a bit limp, but it's catchy. The first time I heard it, I thought it was horrific mind.

I used to be obsessed with Chillin', such a good summery song.

Don't want to change and I don't want to be ashamed, I'm the spirit of my hair, it's all the glory that I bear

The campest song Gaga has ever been involved with (now that's an accolade right there),

is one of the funnest tracks on the debut. It was written on the first day that Gaga met up with soon to be frequent producer, REDONE, and more shockingly was penned to be the follow up to Paparazzi, but was (thankfully i must admit) scrapped, and The Fame Monster was released instead. It remains an incredibly uplifting slice of summer, ultimately let down horribly by 'that' "egg" line (what!?).

THE BIG ONE (well not quite, but there seems to be a lot of talk on it so you can all chillax a bit now),

has officially been CUT. Released as a promo track leading into the album's release, it managed to enter top 15 both in the UK and US, and was apparently Justin Timberlake's favourite track before the album was released (TAKE THAT HATERS). With some god-awful lyrics scattered throughout, the appeal really is in the cheese of it all. As much as i love the song, it does work much better as a stripped back ballad-type (hence the video up there hey). Cut too short? Or far to high? You can't argue with the results, as it is officially the song that received the MOST -1 hate points from the Buzzjack massive!

The sl*t of features, Flo Rida, manages to sneak his way into yet another Ultimate Rate (is there ANY artist he hasn't worked with!?), teaming up with Space Cowboy and Gaga for the monster smasher, Starstruck. The lyrics are a marked improvement from the other two featured here, which probably explains why it managed to sneak past two of Gaga's more well-known songs (and the fact that it's ruddy good). "Would you make me number one on your playlist?" Done Stefani. DONE.

3 amazing songs out already!? :o

'Hair' and 'Boys, Boys, Boys' deserve to be higher (although I can see why they're this low, too). They're so fun and carefree! It's what is needed in a pop song a lot of the time.

I'm here to see if 'Paparazzi' wins. If not there will be OUTRAGE.
