Buzzjack's "Fear of the Sex Monster" pounces this killer tune into the top 10, leaving a pool of hot, sticky mess in its wake. The song is the quintessential track for the album, merging its sounds and themes perfectly. It starts understated, but quickly descends into true mania, before crashing back down into that glorious debut single referencing climax. The song was intended to be released as an official single, with remixes from top DJs lining up to help promote it, but the label decided against it in the end. A performance of the song at The Monster Ball in Manchester attracted some negative press, as she took the lyrics a little too seriously, and ritualised a homicide on stage (like a true bossss). With a heart-pumping bass, pounding drums, gruesome / deadly lyrics and most of all the birth of a beast, it rightfully claims its top 10 position and remains one of the many non-single gems from the Lady.

I can remember hearing this in my brother's car before I bought the album and loving it.

Awful "Americano" is so high :o

"Monster" is all kinds of FAB. It would've been a great single (but then would all of The Fame Monster except for two songs in my opinion!) "Dance in the Dark" next please -_-

For the instrumental alone, this gorgeous anthem deserves its rightful place in the top 10. Add on some inspirational lyrics, a show-stopping vocal tone and yet another self-directed epic music video, and Gaga lands herself one of her all-time greatest hits. The final single to be released from the album, and also the final song to be performed at the Born This Way Ball, the Lady finally gave her fans what they wanted; they voted it to be the third single, but this was scrapped for The Edge of Glory instead. Following that, it unfortunately (and CRIMINALLY) went on to become one of her least successful singles to date and her first single to miss the top 10 on the Billboard Hot 100. A highly personal song for Gaga and the fans, it was reflected in the video where she painstakingly pursues her career and love for music in explosive fashion. The song is a beautiful highlight for me that rarely for a Gaga track seems to get better with time. Cheerio </3

The third and final single to be taken off The Fame Monster (with the other two still to come), comfortably enters the top 10, as the sizzling Alejandro refuses to be forgotten. The EuroPop, sultry sounds allow it to stand out as one of the more sizzling tracks on the album, and for that reason alone it went on to be hugely successful across Europe particularly (where it remains a staple for radios), and continued on from the success of Telephone. Paying homage to ABBA and Ace Of Base, Gaga laments on about her "Fear of Men" to a sickly smooth beat and slurring vocals. The Steven Klein directed music video doesn't seem to go with the heat of song (despite the bondage and near-naked men associated with it), but it still managed to break Youtube record set at the time, becoming the first video to ever gain 25 million views in a three week period.

Gotta say, Alejandro is probably still my favourite GaGa video.

The video was awful IMO, it's the turning point where she started believing her own hype and she's not done a great video since.

I like the song a lot, although it has suffered from overplay. 8th place sounds about right.

The song that kick-started it all is still in your affections, as Gaga's debut charts strong. Redone, Konvict, Gaga (and Colby O'Donis) team up for this Monster party anthem as Gaga introduced herself to the world in style. Written almost instantly on a hungover afternoon, she knew exactly how to capture the ears of the listening public, and most of all knew how to make them dance. With a deeply electronic beat, over-produced in all the right places, and instantly catchy synths, the song races along at break-neck speed. The accompanying music video helped to further confirm the new pop majesty's entrance onto the scene as Gaga struts her stuff in the fiercely iconic opening scene. The definition of a slow burner, Just Dance took in excess of five months before fully taking over and topping the Billboard Hot 100, as well as simultaneously smashing around the globe and breaking records all over; with sales racked up to colossal proportions, it remains one of the defining debut hits for any female artist, and established Gaga as a force to be reckoned with.

Marry The Night is one of my favourite Lady Gaga songs, it's utterly brilliant in every single way.
