Hardly, it's only gone up to the standard iTunes price. It's no difference to when Stooshe put 'Black Heart' from 59p to 99p (in fact, that was a far steeper increase). The song is stable at the top, it's only sensible to make the most profit out of it and 20p is a marginal difference.

Ooh, "Attracting Flies" top 20?! Hopefully it gets there (or better) officially - my love for it peaked about a month ago, but I'm glad to see AlunaGeorge getting success off the back of "White Noise".

Do people actually change their names often though? You could also look on their display name page on their profile and find out who they used to be. It's not that difficult...

I don't think anyone (with the possible exception of Pablo Escobar) actually changes their username often enough and drastically enough for that to even be necessary...
