October 1, 201311 yr Disco Love promo is GREAT! I am slightly worried about LFTW promo though, I'm guessing there's still more to come with a potential Radio 1 / Capital / Radio Tour? I'll be disappointed if the only promo for the album is Alan Tichmarsh, but still Disco Love promo deffo makes up for it! I CAN'T WAIT for Sunday Brunch ACOUSTIC! Little Mix did 'How Ya Doin'?' acoustically and it did help them fo from 17 to 12, so I guess if they get it right it could get a few more sales. I'm SERIOUSLY pleased! The management deffo have tried their best under the circumstances(2 poor singles).
October 1, 201311 yr Author I guess had they been performing on Strictly / X Factor they wouldn't have announced it by now! Disappointed their is no album signings as it would be more effective for the album rather than performing on Alan Titchmarsh. I guess they couldn't get a slot on Alan Carr as they were already on there last season performing ' What About Us '.
October 1, 201311 yr To be fair, we don't know if they're not doing album signings.. from what I can gather it was just about 'Disco Love' performances. They may announce some album signings nearer the time?
October 1, 201311 yr Yeah it looks like it's only the Disco Love promo, not the actual album promo. I hate that they haven't announced both at the same time, though. -_- It makes me feel like they just haven't booked anything yet (that's most likely not true, but I can't shake the feeling). Hopefully, this Saturday or something, everything will be clearer.
October 1, 201311 yr The 'Disco Love' promo is decent... if nothing else, I'm feeling more confident that they'll achieve a respectable first week position. It's just a pity radio & TV aren't really on board with this single.
October 1, 201311 yr In a world where their management can't seem to get them a slot on Strictly or X-Factor, performing on Surprise Surprise/Steping Out/Alan Titchmarsh + their usual useless promo slots (all for one single) sound more than decent...or maybe I'm just feeling like that because the Gentleman promo was soooooooo shitty, this one actually feels right. (Out of the topic, but I hate that everything's happening in October. It's such a busy time right now for me. So many work to do in the next two weeks. :( )
October 1, 201311 yr I wonder if they will do any radio interviews? I hope so, because they're gonna need it
October 1, 201311 yr The promo list looks great (even without including radio promo which apparently has yet to be announced) and I'm beyond excited that they're doing an acoustic performance! Edited October 1, 201311 yr by LoveKiller
October 1, 201311 yr Well the promo is much better than 'Gentleman', I'm confident of a top 10 position but my initial prediction of top 3 is very, very unlikely. Which is a shame because it's my favourite single of theirs since 'Higher'. With regards to album signings, I imagine with Frankie out they don't see the point of them? And neither do I really, I wouldn't want to have my album signed by just 4 of them.

Anyways I'm confident now Disco Love will go top 10. :) I'm looking forward to the promo and am happy they're putting in some effort this time round. (still hate the song though)
October 1, 201311 yr Author I don't see why they don't split the girls up sending 2 of them to a certain radio / album singing and sending the other 2 elsewhere. I would still go to an album signing if it was Vanessa & Mollie etc.
October 1, 201311 yr Yeah, I went to a McFly signing when it was just Danny & Dougie. They should split up and just do as many as they can. I doubt Frankie could pre-sign albums because the whole point is for you to turn up, meet them and have them sign your album that you've bought. What would happen if Frankie signed 5000 but 50 turned up?
October 1, 201311 yr But why couldn't Frankie go and sign CD sleeves anyway? She's pregnant, not handicaped. I'm sure she would do it if someone asked her. She's really isn't that lazy.
October 1, 201311 yr Author Frankie's could give birth anytime now, I'm sure management wouldn't take the risk.
October 1, 201311 yr Well, she's been signed off work by her doctor. It doesn't make a difference if you're in a girlband or if you work in retail/normal job.. if you've got a 'not fit to work' note from your GP, you're off work. Edited October 1, 201311 yr by Scherz

October 1, 201311 yr But just imagine how much money they could make off the cover that Frankie was in the middle of signing when her water broke? Maybe enough to pay for their whole campaign!
