Anyway, I hope it does end up as the "non #1-hit" of the year. It's bloody AWFUL.

This is kinda of awful, still I'd prefer this to be top 10 than the likes of passenger, malinchak or that new van bureen track

I wouldn't have said it's a mockery. It's just a bit of fun... like this whole campaign is!

 

Let's face it, a lot of music videos don't strictly relate to the lyrical content of a song.

I suppose that's true, but this video is just disastrous. :lol:

The video is pretty shit, even if it is a mockery, it's sorta weird and not really very enjoyable. I do like the song, been stuck in my head all day.

I can't help but love this a tiny little bit, but I think that's mostly coming from how amusing I'm finding the whole mess to be. They're such a loathsome band aren't they? Tom in particular.

The song is alright but the video is awful. The 'hearts go boom boom' is too catchy though! :lol:

This is quite terrible, the chorus feels so lazy and the way its sang, you'd think its trying to be some sort of anthem, but it just doesn't work...I'm glad its not another bloody accordion led song and I suppose the song and video at least show they have a sense of humour, but I can't say much else redeeming about this.

Not exactly a novel video concept, I Want It That Way's video was already famously parodied by Blink 182 :lol: Part of me wonders if they made this video in the hope that it will go viral, get millions of Youtube hits and push them back into the US charts because of the ridiculous new rules.
