Why is everyone loving that Wretch 32 song so much? It's GOOD, but it's not brilliant.

You answered your own question, because it's good?

Slip, slipping :cheer:

Yes, it's good, but it's still fairly average though? I don't get why people are getting so excited about such an average song reaching the Top 10.

Blackout is awful. Such a dull song!

I hope StooShe can get back in to the Top 10.

I'm just exited that it's managed to ensure that Stooshe is slipping out of the top 10. I agree the song is good, not fantastic... but I doubt it will have a long chart run.

The same could be said for 'Heart Attack' and 'Slip'....although in their cases, neither are even good.

Whoops, Stooshe slipping out of the top 10 :heehee:

Great to see Wretch's top version now the second highest new entry! Demi seems to have stalled already so hopefully he can still secure the highest new entry especially with his second version top 30 and his EP top 5 (although that'll probably drop off quickly, already gone 3-5).

Sub Focus doing decently! Most likely won't go top 10 but this release seems to have such little hype around it (not even R1 A-List I think?) I haven't even heard it yet :kink: Though I have heard a remix of it.

Compare the feeding frenzy about the Daft Punk song, which also sounds very average to me

I wonder where Slip will end up by the end of the week. It's pretty funny to see it falling already.

Well to be fair it's only falling because another new release overtook it...

I guess it's all about difference of opinion as I think Heart Attack is easily one of the best songs of 2013, the song is fantastic and is doing incredible with it's limited amount of airplay.

Probably still Top 10, it'll likely overtake Calvin very soon. I'd prefer Endorphins to somehow get there though

I can't really tell, do you like Stooshe? You haven't really made it very clear today actually with your constant posts.

Also, it was obvious Wretch would overtake so why are people laughing at them 'falling'? They are still rising, just not at the rate of Wretch.

I love Stooshe, what are you talking about? Black Heart was a #03 smash in my personal chart. I was referring to why I was supporting Wretch 32. Peasant, silent.

Can't believe The Sats are already down to #41. :o I'm unsure whether it is a non-#1 or not.

It's 40 on my feed, I wouldn't call it a non-#1 in the slightest, it should manage another week top 40, once the BGT and 59p songs start dropping, It's also managed to sell 316,000 (after today's sales are announced) and should hopefully sell around 400,000.

It's the 14th best-selling song of the year so far, so I'd say it's not one.

I think Demi Lovato just sounds like any other american pop star of the past 2/3 years just like Kesha/Bridget Mendler and the like - and for the poster who says Heartattack is incredible it sounds like anything else out there nothing different. But then again its all about personal opinion!!!!

Why did Bastille play a 3 month old song on Wossy last night surely they know their 2nd single out in 2 weeks is Laura Palmer why not play it? Maybe its all about the album for their record company and they think continued success for Pompeii will do better for the album?
