Can this be pinned pleaaaase?

I've pinned it for now but I might copy and paste it into the original Rules thread so we don't have, like, 50 pinned topics by the time 2013 is over. :D

I feel like a song should get an auto-veto if it appears in both mine and gooddelta's personal charts. It's like Buzzjack's version of the Pitchfork/Scandipop/Popjustice rule.
