Being the BBC, don't they have some sort of rule that stops judges on these shows promoting their own material? I seem to remember Alesha Dixon was barred from performing her stuff when she was on Strictly Come Dancing.

 

I'm sure there was an issue the first year as she wanted to perform 'To Love Again' I think? But because Cheryl promoted on the xFactor she complained.

Is 'Come & Get It' actually likely to be a hit here? It's obviously been big in the USA but haven't really noticed it getting any support here. (Not heard it and don't intend to :whistle:)

'Slow Down' is also acting as the album's promotional single as you get it when you pre-order the album. It is still the second proper single though I believe as Selena has filmed the video for it, so you are right!

 

Come & Get It could actually go top 10 I think, it's pre-order has been doing really well but not quite as good as 'Heart Attack'. It depends if Radio 1 and/or Capital support it as they did with 'Heart Attack' to be able to get inside that top 10 I think.

There's still over a month until release. :drama: I've said it before but I fully expect R1 to support it after they supported both "Ready Or Not" and "Heart Attack". I hope so anyway because the Graham Norton performance will be long forgotten by then (+ it did the song no justice at all).

Fuse now the highest new entry! :D Really hope he can overtake Union J officially by Sunday.

 

As much as I'd prefer to see this happen, I think Union J's sales on Sunday alone will help them remain top 5 until Sunday. I'm ready to LOL next week though when they plummet something like 04-22 without the pre-order sales and nobody left who is remotely interested in buying the song. :D

 

Fuse will definitely be higher than Union J next week and could even end up outselling 'Carry You' in the long run.

I think Treasure will get a music video. The reason Marry You didn't was probably because it wasn't a single in the US. Treasure would probably do fine if it doesn't get one though.
