AlunaGeorge are re-releasing "You Know You Like It" as a supposed double A-side (but in reality only this track'll be pushed). I get that artists re-release because they want certain songs to be hits (Kendrick, A$AP, Tom Odell), but I can't see it doing much better than #55 now; a second video doesn't exactly help too.

Morning update: http://www.buzzjack.com/forums/index.php?s...t&p=4345716

59p songs in the top 100:

:ne: 43 Jason Mraz - I'm Yours

:ne: 73 Pras - Ghetto Supastar (That Is What You Are)

 79 Daniel Merriweather - Red

:ne: 82 Sam And The Womp - Bom Bom

:ne: 85 T.I. feat. Rihanna - Live Your Life

:ne: 91 The Script - Millionaires

LOL. Buzzjack is gonna love seeing 'I'm Yours' reduced to 59p!

BLAST FROM THE PAST WITH PRAS THOUGH.  Really routing for it to go top 40 officially for at least one more week. What a random song to get such a big boost though. <3

Can 'Red' swap with 'Ordinary People' please? :(

Ew. 'Bom Bom' can foad for all I care. VOMIT.

Not heard 'Live Your Life' for a while, but great to see that reduced in price

Interesting to see that 'Millionaires' has been reduced. I wonder if they could get another hit out of this era!

Alicia Keys "New Day" to #333. It was in the 800s on Sunday (due to weekend effect/lots of songs climbing due to BGT/The Voice). Radio 1 play is having a nice effect!

Leona Lewis "Footprints In The Sand" #84. Holding on quite well and might get a boost again Saturday on BGT. It could re-enter the top 100.

Leona Lewis "Bleeding Love" to #149 too. It was reduced to 59p in the last batch of songs!

'Brand New Me' flopped horribly and it didn't deserve to, at all. It was a more superior version of Bruno Mars' 'When I Was Your Man', which was released/doing a lot better at the time of Alicia's release. :(
It was the track that climbed a few weeks ago but I don't think it was a B-Side to YDYL. It was in fact their first 'proper' release all the way 2 years ago, way before YDYL. The EP that it is from is brilliant!

The album will hopefully be just as good when we get it on the 29/7!!

Where did Alicia Keys' previous single chart? I think it missed the top 100 didn't it?

Shame though, it was FAR better than this...

"Brand New Me" managed to scrape in at #92. It did help out the album a bunch though.

I need I Love It in my life, arghhhh hurry up!

And it's nice to see One Direction #2 slipping down the charts. Didn't think this would do well, too many boybands around.

Fuse now the highest new entry! :D Really hope he can overtake Union J officially by Sunday.

Really loving 'Treasure' now, hope it reaches the top 10 by the end of the week. Definitely Bruno's 2nd best single to date (after 'It Will Rain').

Would love to see 'Latch' back in the top 40 this week  Still sounds absolutely perfect.

Phillip Phillips making some progress, he could still go top 40 I think.

Eww at Jason Mraz, but at least it's not 'I Won't Give Up' I guess. (Will do a full 59p top 200 update, 1 sec).

Edited by Bré

I wont give up is much more listenable than I'm yours though. Each to their own however.

I'm pleased home is climbing up. Really deserves a top 40 placing imo.

Appropriate time for Pras to show up what with the Wyclef remix of 'Antenna' around and Lauryn Hill also being in the press recently. Awful song though. Pretty appropriate timing for Lloyd as well considering 'Dedication To My Ex (Miss That) Part 2' is currently slaying all :P

 at Daft Punk, T.I. and Muse back in the top 100. The Script's new single is really doing quite poorly considering R1 are giving it more support than their last single and The Voice is now back - and it's 59p as well so it doesn't have that excuse for it doing less well than 'If You Could See Me Now'. Could be turned around if it gets a performance on The Voice. Good to see Biffy are also continuing to release their post-album singles at 59p (more artists should use this technique), hopefully 'Opposite' can at least go top 100 for them.

And is that a different Wheatus song I see?!

Not at all surprised at Union J "flopping". I never understood why the media were hyping them up like they were going to be big -- I mean, they were constantly finishing near the bottom in votes in one of the least-popular X Factor series to date, so there was never any sign that they had a fanbase big enough to make them big chart performers.
Hope that Bastille's new Single can get into the top 40 this week - rising to 45 (as usual) as the week progresses & are ep sales added this week?

Being the BBC, don't they have some sort of rule that stops judges on these shows promoting their own material? I seem to remember Alesha Dixon was barred from performing her stuff when she was on Strictly Come Dancing.

Mariah Carey Beautiful on the climb again, while i do not like the song myself it is so far managing to build up at least a decent chart run.
