oh gawd THIS IS SO EXCITING - only a few hours left!! :cheer: Newman comin for that second #1

I must have a dose of amnesia, because I have no memory of his first?

New thread will probably be up pretty soon or just after 12, for now just carry on, does not matter for a page or 2.

I always believed Buzzjack wasn't physically capable of sustaining threads longer than 50 pages - I assumed that was the reason for the cut-off.

i am genuinely team saturdays this week (but not by much)

JOHN HEW???MAN

I expected better from you. :( The Saturdays' song is alright, but their awful voices stand out more than the admittedly impressive production.

:manson: at some people in this thread already (I'm sure people know who I'm talking about - NOT SevenSeize etc).

The moment we've all been waiting for!!! :cheer:

Speak for yourself...

Oh, and OBVIOUSLY I want John Newman and Chase And Status to make up the Top 2. <3

He was featured on Feel The Love. I know Rudimental was actually the lead artist and all, but it still counts I guess

MYSELF? Clearly the amount of LUV for Sir Newman's masterpiece in this thread proves that it was INDEED the moment everyone was waiting for :D

Oh right - I tend to ignore featured artists most of the time. That also explains the (to me) random request for its total sales last week...

It's the use of 'everyone' that I was objecting to - strange as it may seem, not everyone thinks 'Love Me Again' is the best thing since sliced bread... :P

Love Me Again  42 (and it's only 7 30am!) Watch it SHOOT up soon - once the public arise from their slumber, they will collectively RUSH to their computers to purchase this song! (as they should)

Hoping that 100k-ish sales for "Blurred Lines" and "I Love It", alongside the hopeful #1 "Love Me Again" will be enough to keep The Saturdays away from the top 3. I'm really not convinced by "Gentleman"; so I'm team Newman all the way this week.

I personally think that The Saturdays will miss the top 27 with the way sales are going at the mo' :funky:

John Newman already top 40 and it's not even 9AM! :cheer: Hopefully when people start waking up it'll shoot to #1!

Oh, that is a fantastic start for Newman. Keep it going. :D

Saturdays still doing fine enough for me.

The Wanted were #5 within *minutes*, last week...

The Wanted were #5 within *minutes*, last week...

Because that was a pre-order single. The John Newman track is from an EP.

Yeah, and never got anywhere near no.1.

That was only because of the pre-orders being dumped in all at once. It's no guide to how it will perform long term.

Oh no, John Newman is only at No. 27, I don't know if I'll be able to cope if he doesn't go Number One. :(

EAT SLUGS.
