October 3, 201311 yr Has anyone's CD single been despatched yet by Universal? It is stating the CD is sold out and they usually despatch around Wednesday but not had any confirmation yet.
October 3, 201311 yr You got it wrong, babes! All pre-orders on the Universal store are listed as "backordered". It actually just means that you've ordered an item that is (currently) not in stock. It' makes sense, don't worry!

October 4, 201311 yr It's unusual for it to still be in the "backordered" status at this stage. It should be at least pending dispatch now, considering it's meant to be out on Monday. Previous singles were dispatched before Friday. :unsure:

Due to the massive volume of orders, it's taken a bit longer than expected to sign all your CDs this time. We apologise for any inconvenience, your CDs are likely to arrive a little later than intended. Don't worry, they'll most likely arrive only a few days after the original release date of October 6 and copies of the album ordered via The Saturdays online store will still be delivered on time for the album release on October 14! We're grateful for every one of you buying the single, and we can't wait for you to have the copy in your hands! I wish they'd just NOT sign them. Signed Saturdays singles lost their novelty 2 years ago.
