August 10, 201311 yr The only countries from last contest who didn't enter this contest and weren't banned were FNT Nickodonia (oops) and Usfland (eek), if I worked it out correctly. Thought Greenfroze had missed out for the first time since they joined as well but I see they confirmed at the last minute.
