That's true actually, I never hear Lady Gaga in normal clubs and I go out A LOT...

 

I can't even think of many times I've heard her being played in gay clubs. Telephone definitely gets played at the gay clubs that I go to, but I can't think of any other songs I've heard much.

 

To be fair, if I was old enough to go in 2009 I'm sure I would've heard her songs. Although many songs from 2009 I still hear all the time (e.g. Skream's version of In For the Kill, Blame It by Jamie Foxx, Boom Boom Pow, etc.). I think a lot of her songs might be too fast for some clubs to be honest.

She has yet to earn such a title lol

I heard this for the first time today on the music channels. I really hope it flops and I think it will. There's something about really in-your-face gobby girl-groups (and boybands I guess although they're much rarer) that I dislike a lot. I think they will go the same way as the Parade group but without a top 10 hit.

With Capital supporting them, I can't see the song missing the top 10. How they'll fare after that is anyone's guess rly

Why does no one seem to grasp the concept that the most recent update on Kworb is usually inaccurate? :drama: As of the last accurate update Gaga is in dark green and Avicii in light green. The current update is meaningless.

 

EDIT: Actually refreshed since posting this and the recent update is now accurate. Gaga now light red and Avicii light green.

Gaga needs to start increasing quicker now!! She can't afford to drop to #3 now! Maybe the lyric video being released tonight will help?? :D

Nope. 'Love Me' was okay but the Emeli look-a-like really irritates me. The Alexandra look-a-like and Beyonce look-a-like are okay though. :lol:

 

When I go to clubs that aren't filled with House music, I never hear songs from 2009 - not even 'I Gotta Feeling'. The songs that are always on are 'Rack City', 'N*ggas In Paris', '212', 'We Found Love'/'Talk That Talk' etc. :lol:

What we're actually discussing is that there's some songs you hear often wherever you go, and others you hardly hear anywhere.

There's no gay clubs here, it's just GaGa played in typical clubs any night, especially Bad Romance.

I said she's probably too fast for some clubs. :lol: When songs are being mixed into each other, they need to be a similar tempo, so you can't really play something like Telephone in-between slow songs like R.I.P and Earthquake for example (there's other ways to pull it off though).

 

Anyway people need to calm down. I've never heard any of her songs in a club before, but if you hear her songs a lot, then great!
