August 18, 201311 yr OMFG @ this thread. :drama: It's just posts going in circles and circles because Regina and Calum (no offence I like both of you) seem to be on a mission to take a dig at Gaga where it is absolutely not necessary hence both can't seem to acknowledge what everyone else is saying when what everyone else is saying is by far the more logical argument. I actually agree, shockingly, I went off on one for no real reason :lol: however, I do still think she coulda gone about this thing in a different manner, which is my main issue here.

It's up to him if he wants to sit behind a screen and just antagonise people, but at least Madonna had the decency to just ignore it, and get on with life instead of wasting her time with someone like that - which is what Gaga should have done, because as I've already said, he'll likely just annoy her more now. Well I give up on this then if that's your attitude. How utterly close minded and I'll be hard pressed to find anyone that would agree with this logic in the real world but that's me being naive again.

August 18, 201311 yr Well said person hasn't given me a bad name last time i checked so it's a little naive to start branding out these lavish claims. And was that person also blonde because if so you know ALL blonde people must now be horrid too. It's true, we're all horrid. I can see the points of both arguments. From what I can gather from Regina and Calum's points is that they're saying; Gaga is a massive advocate for standing up to bullies etc. and making your voice heard - so why has it taken her so long to bring this to light when she's preaching that we shouldn't be sitting back and taking it - especially someone with so much influence? I agree that Perez is a nasty piece of work (the only reason he's "famous" isn't it?), he's the ultimate troll / keyboard warrior. Surely broadcasting this to 30 million(?) followers on Twitter is surely going to lead to Perez getting a barrage of probably just as awful messages from Little Monsters - which makes it all a bit pointless. Sure, Gaga isn't their mother and can't control what her fans tweet / say, but she knows that quite a few of them will go crazy over this. Well I think that's what Calum and Regina were getting at, I may be completely wrong though. It's something that she needs to address away from the internet otherwise it's going to go around in circles. Take a leaf out of Victoria Beckham's book and go and give him a piece of your mind in person / on camera. He completely backed once she turned up. Perez gets off on causing a stir over the internet, the whole reason he is famous is because people get so worked up by what he says. If everyone just ignored the vile creature life would be so much better. I'm guessing no one other than the two (and their teams etc.) know what is actually going on with them both, and it seems like Twitter probably isn't the right place to continue it. Much like if I was getting bullied at School, I wouldn't confront someone in public / I would seek advice from someone (teacher) who would then try and control it a bit, before it spirals out of control. Which I fear may happen? He is a bully and Gaga is obviously the victim here - I don't think I've seen her write anything horrific about him and he definitely should be exposed. I fear that bringing it up on Twitter will just add more fuel to the fire. I hope not though, and it all gets sorted out! I don't actually know if ANY of this makes sense and I can't be bothered to go over it. BASICALLY, Perez is a first class cunt. And maybe Lady Gaga bringing this to light could do some good if other celebs / public figures get behind this. But we'll see.
