Like the format how this guy shares his emotions about the song.

Really nice cover ..

Guy looks very like Justin Timberlake :)

“People only come for you like this if you have written a really huge song. Only a tiny minority are in this hallowed realm, with billion-streaming songs,” said Guy Chambers, who composed some of Robbie Williams’ biggest hits with him, including Angels and Let Me Entertain You. “Although claims are getting more common, it’s not going to happen to many people. Early on in my career I heard the old industry saying, ‘where there’s a hit there’s a writ’, and it’s true.”

Chambers and Williams were in the line of fire together once. They went through a legal wrangle over Jesus in a Camper Van, a track from the platinum-selling album I’ve Been Expecting You. “So far I haven’t really had a dispute over the music. The case Robbie and I had was about lyrics, where it tends to be slightly more clear cut,” Chambers said.

Williams and Chambers lost the case and a judge ordered that 25% of income generated by the song be paid to Ludlow Music and that it be dropped from future copies of the album.

You can remember that I love Paolo Nutini's music.

Still think he's one of the best artists from UK nowadays. He has his own style, he does the music by himself, he is influenced by Sam Cooke, Jumi Hendrix, Ottis Redding and he is very simple guy.

Very very vey sad he releases music SO rarely!

Last album was published 8 (!) years ago!

But finally he's ready for the Album #4 on July 1st!

New songs are great too.

If this song is very similar to his #2 Album then second song is a new sound for him and more U2 from Zooropa period. Wow. LOSE IT! LOSE IT for a liitle while! LOSE IT!

Btw, he will be a guest artist in Knebworth for Liam. Jealousy!

Robbie Williams digs into his darker days for inspiration on new album XXV: ‘My career hasn’t been as good since I’ve been happy’

Robbie Williams says he is looking back at his darker days to relight the fire under his music career. In an interview with Guilty Pleasures, the Let Me Entertain You singer discussed the inspiration behind his new tune Lost, from upcoming album XXV, in celebration of his 25 years as a solo artist. ‘I’d go on these enormous benders, high-octane and enjoyable, and then they were hell. I quite often used to get on a train at Euston and get picked up by mum at Stoke station. ‘There’s one particular time, I got off just with one shoe. I don’t where I lost the other shoe. I’d been up for a few days, then my mum puts me to bed and feeds me,’ he recalled. ‘It’s that desolate place of, “Oh my god, everything is completely out of control.” And sadness and depression. But I was saying, my career hasn’t been as good since I got happy, so I’ve had to revisit a bit of sadness and hopefully something will happen.’

Former Take That star Rob then shed light on his biopic Better Man, directed by The Greatest Showman’s Michael Gracey and starring newcomer Jonno Davies as his younger self.

‘Jonno is just rocking it, absolutely rocking it. Before he got there, they showed me some footage of him doing rehearsals, and it was like, “Wow, that’s it.” ‘I haven’t actually seen him do any of the deep, dark stuff. I think this is an over-18s movie, blood and guts and drugs and sex and drink and rock’n’roll, losing yourself and finding yourself,’ he teased.

The 48-year-old will also star in the flick – ‘The bit I do in the movie is coming-of-middle age’ – and addressed reports he will appear as a, er, CGI monkey.

‘Would I like that? Yes. Would they like that? They detest the idea, so there it is,’ he smiled.
