Eminem ‘in talks about headlining’ Glastonbury 2023 as Arctic Monkeys are also rumoured in line-up

The 49-year-old rapper is set to join The Arctic Monkeys as a headliner on the Pyramid stage next summer.

A source revealed: ‘Eminem is wanted for a huge slot at Glastonbury and has been in talks for yonks.

 

‘His dates all line up and if they can get him on board, it will be the first time he has ever played at the festival.’

The insider continued to The Sun newspaper’s Bizarre column: ‘Eminem is one of the greatest rappers on the planet and to have him down on the farm would be incredible.’

 

They added that the Godzilla rapper brings a ‘huge nostalgia factor’, having been around for 25 years.

Meanwhile, Robbie Williams who performed at one of the wettest festivals in Glastonbury history in 1998, has also thrown his hat in the ring for the legends slot, recently admitting: ‘Yeah, that’d be cool. Actually, I’d like to do that. I’d like another go round on that stage and feel that audience and get the chance to do it.’

 

But, when the Angels singer was shown footage of Mel C saying that the Spice Girls for the legends slot would be the ‘absolute dream’, he quipped: ‘The Spice Girls trumps a Robbie Williams so maybe I’ll have to wait’.

Good occasion to do something there.

He's one of the greatest entertainers of all time and last week Robbie Williams was back doing what he does best as he took to the stage to kick off his latest tour with an energetic, nostalgia-fuelled extravaganza at London’s O2 arena. It is clear to see that family is at the heart of everything Ayda does: it’s the drive behind her and Robbie’s desire to renew their wedding vows. Paris Cat.........A Night to Remember!!!!

Paris Cat Jazz Club is a venue that always entertains at its best to all of its patrons! A Jazz Club with a difference - it's quality performers from all around Australia, it's ambience and the intimacy (sitting back and enjoying the moment). I frequently go there with friends & family and always leave there having a great night.

On Monday night(15/9) we were lucky enough to "sneak" into Paris Cat to enjoy a few drinks and listen to some jazz. However, Monday night will always be a "NIGHT TO REMEMBER"! We arrived and the Club was full of what looked like patrons, we sat down and enjoyed a night with a couple of local Jazz Singers, as well as, the one & only ROBBIE WILLIAMS and his 20odd piece band. Robbie and his band were there to relax and enjoy an impromptu "jam session" prior to his first Melbourne concert on the Tuesday night (16th Sept).

A local artist FEM BELLING performed in such a way that even had Robbie Williams was in awe, giving her a 'high five' as she finished. A great performance by Fem!

Then Robbie got up and performed like no other, individuals from his band sang solo, the brass players were incredible...the whole evening typified the usual from Paris Cat and more.

Robbie stole the moment and it felt as though you were part of his team - it was an intimate night and experience of a lifetime.

Paris Cat - in your usual way you surprised and delighted everyone!!!

The program 'Surprise, surprise' did a lot for the fan phenomenon in Spain, and the fans came very high and if not, ask Robbie Willians, who came to leave the set running when the fans from the stands invaded it . "I ask you for a little peace of mind," asked Isabel Gemio, her presenter, at that time.
