Netflix have renewed House of Cards for a 3rd season!

As was pretty much obvious anyway, Psych will be ending after it finishes its current (8th) season on March 26th.

Those two-season renewals are never a good sign :(

 

I'm like 2 seasons behind - gotta catch up but I am afraid I have to start from the beginning oops it's been so long

Especially when one of them has an odd episode count, but really it did very well. I might finally get caught up with it now.

NBC have pulled the Michael J Fox Show from their schedule, and will be replacing it with Hollywood Game Night. Surprised it took them this long tbh, it's been a huge flop for some time now.

Surprised they even bothered with it. Looked super shite from the promos.

Well, when has THAT stopped any network from making a show!

I mean 2.5Men and HIMYM are still on air after like 10 years and both are so much worse than TMJFS.

X Factor USA has been cancelled by Fox.

I'm more interested to see what happens now Fox have three spare hours to fill on the Fall schedule. Almost Human renewal (it can't be bad news for the show)? Bones not sent to Fridays again? Or just more and more new dramas?

 

They do have new reality show 'Utopia' to take up 1-3 hours though.

That seems to be the most likely option, with HIMYM gone they'll need something. Besides it's such a monster it'll do huge numbers anywhere really. It'll be interesting to see where The Millers goes in that case, I doubt it's strong enough to anchor a night on its own. I guess they'll probably scale back the comedy hours again to compensate as well.

As expected TBBT will 'launch on another night' according to Les Moonves.

CW has renewed Arrow, TVD, Supernatural, The Originals and Reign.

Surprised Reign has been renewed this early. Guess that's bye bye to The Tomorrow People (everyone else seems to think it was a competition between the two but it's hard to tell with The CW), unless it over-achieves on Mondays.

I'm guessing TTP is gone too TBH, more expensive to make and pretty weak ratings coming off the back of one of the best lead ins the network has.

Reign is the networks pet right now, they are loving it.

 

TTP might be renewed if The 100 and Star Crossed bomb. SC is pretty much DOA but The 100 has a chance of doing decently after TVD.

 

HOD is definitely coming back too due to syndication.
