Hola. Just checking in. Ive got decorator in. Been really busy emptying rooms, filling in holes and sanding wood down. Hence my absence. Think he'll be finished tomorrow so hopefully should be back on posting duty on Thursday. :teresa:

Well, Moyes has indeed gone. It was never going to be easy to step into that role after Sir Alex.

I finished all my residual painting this afternoon. Decorator has departed. I bought a new carpet today which should arrive in about a fortnight. I underestimated the work involved in painting doors and skirting boards. <_<

Did I say , I hate painting , I usually pay someone to do it <_<

 

I did pay a decorator. But for technical reasons (ie an ancient carpet nailed/stuck to the skirting board- don't ask....) he couldn't paint everything that needed painting. So I had to do the necessary myself. <_<

860 pages .. I would not read that much in my whole lifetime ... too busy being outdoors & it's very hard to read & walk at the same time :P

I'm a bookaholic. I just read everything. Books, magazines, newspapers....

 

I could quite easily sit plonked on the couch reading from dawn till dusk. Eating biscuits and getting fat. <_<

Bit of a book fan myself, still tackling the reading list. Currently in the middle of Tales of Angria, a collection of short stories by Charlotte Bronte.
