I didn't see the semi final tonight because I went to the cinema.

 

Saw a Danny Boyle/Richard Curtis film called Yesterday.

 

Cute comedy about a world where The Beatles and their music don't exist. Big cameo by Ed Sheeran in it.

 

Lots of famous UK comedy actors - which is always good to see.

 

Then came home to the news that Netflix are going to be using some of Shepperton Studios for their UK film production. B-)

Ah !! but the men do love their bit of drama , the mens game has lost it's purpose I think especially when t come to the big tournaments , I do not mind seeing a team beaten as long as they went for it & had a really good game of football ..

I hated it the (very few) times that one of the Ladies dived. It seemed almost beneath them. I really enjoyed the spirit with which the women's game was played. I hope it always stays like that.

All standing Tess. We are GA but got early admittance so hopefully should be somewhere directly behind the Diamond and Gold Circle. Not too far back. I know for Stevie Wonder we were let into the Gold circle to fill it up. I wonder if it will be the same for RW? It would be great if it was. :P

We've been in Cornwall this week and the weather has been lovely - like you say not too hot but sunny spells and bright.

 

I just saw on the news though that it is going to be 32 degrees in London on Wednesday - just for one day. :unsure:
