Realistically I see this having no trouble going top 5!! Possibly top 3!!

Chart run prediction -

They won't get anywhere near the top 5 sadly :( They are in last place in pre-orders against Conor, Eminem & John Newman. I'm pretty sure Katy Perry, Jason etc..will still be around too and I'm pretty sure Miley will be up there with Wrecking Ball too.

I've revised my prediction. I sat the same as Notorious. It came in at #8 with no airplay what so ever.

If they'd released 'Disco Love' last week and it had sold the same number of copies that 'Gentleman' did in its first week (29,882 for #14), then it would have entered at #6. Meanwhile, last week's #14 only sold 15,998.

 

29,882 for 'Gentleman' would have secured it a Top 10 position for the last 10 weeks in a row!

 

Anyway, if 'Disco Love' misses the Top 10, then it seems that its first week sales would have to be a whole lot worse than 'Gentleman'.

That's really interresting! The thing is, that week is full of new releases and we obviously have our current top 10 that isn't leaving anytime soon (I can't imagine Katy Perry, Jason Derulo and One Republic being pushed out of the top 10 you know! I'm sure there is at least two others like that as well.)

I love it too. I wouldn't say it was risky butt would say it's very friendly to the ears :D
