If it gets as much airplay & exposure as "Summertime Sadness", I'll predict #8. It already made #23 as a promo single from The Great Gatsby movie. I like this remix as well, though the original is far better.

This Lana Del Rey - Cedric Gervais collaboration works pretty good, but I don't think this will go top 10, although it depends on radio play.

Let's say now top 15.

PS: I've edited the last couple of options in the poll, it was weird after 'top 20' comes #21-22

'Summertime Sadness' was OK as a one-off. Continuing down this route however, will be destructive. Hope this doesn't get much attention for the sake of her credibility.

Basically this.

It was a one-off and doing it with Young and Beautiful makes no sense and seems redundant.

On an unrelated note, this song, in its original form, seems to be the soundtrack to Air Italia, I heard it before and after my departure both ways when I went on holiday the other week!

But yeah, this seems a bit desperate to be running this formula again, what I'm worried about is that radios that stay away from her non-remixed music may still hammer this because of the dance influence, I'd hate for people to think this is what Lana Del Rey as an artist is :(

Definitely the wrong route to take for Lana. Any new fans will think she's a dance artist (also known as 'the Sia effect').
They could've picked something a little less successful to remix ("National Anthem"?). A nice way of building Lana's fanbase ready for the next album though, wonder whether she'll go down a dancier route this time (hopefully not).

I love this but I agree with the majority of what's been said, as a one off the remix of Summertime Sadness just worked so well but I do hope this isn't going to have a negative effect on Lanas career but I do think this could help bring her music to a new audience so we will have to see what happens!

Last time I said Summertime Sadness would probably only go top 20 but I hoped for top 10...this time I still hope this could go top 10 but I reckon top 20 would be more likely but it will also depend on radio support and competition when released

I like it but it's definitely an inferior version of the remix of 'Summertime Sadness'. I agree with SLlewellyn that a remix of 'National Anthem' would be much more preferable - needs a better peak than #92.

Not sure how it will do chart wise, certainly won't be as big as 'Summertime Sadness' though. I can't remember if radio got on board with 'Summertime Sadness' before or after it started charting on iTunes so I can't think what 'Young and Beautiful' will do.

I said earlier that Lana's whole career is probably going to be dance remixes now (but most pop fans would have no problem with that anyway ). This will be another top 5 hit.
You tube has the track down for release on October 11th, which is a Friday but I'm not sure if they would be better to wait until the Sunday or let it get some good airplay and exposure but I can't wait to get this though its not a patch on Summertime Sadness!
'Young and Beautiful' feels like it's been and gone. If there was to be any more remixes I'd have liked one for 'National Anthem' or 'Cola' or 'Gods and Monsters' or something.
I think this could do well again. Summertime sadness will probably end up being her biggest hit for her!
The record label should've picked a song that hadn't been released, imo. "Diet Mtn Dew" or "Off To The Races" would've been perfect, although I have to say I am ready for a new Lana album. Maybe early next year?
I don't think people will pigeonhole Lana as a dance artist, she's sold enough albums in their original form. The same with Florence and the Machine, post her 2 Calvin collaborations.

Good point - I don't think anyone presumes Florence + the Machine are a dance act despite the huge success of 'Spectrum' and 'Sweet Nothing', so there's no reason why Lana will.

Summertime Sadness is the only dance song I've disliked this year, so I'm not holding out hope of liking this when I get round to hearing it.

You probably won't like this if you didn't like 'Summertime Sadness' as the remix of 'Young and Beautiful' is just a second cut version of it.
