October 13, 201311 yr I see others in the previous topic were thinking it could be #6. I'm certain it'll be #5! James Blunt was too far behind to make up the relatively large gap in a short time.
October 13, 201311 yr Is anyone else secretly hoping for a 'Black Heart' here? Sales and chart run of course!
October 13, 201311 yr Is anyone else secretly hoping for a 'Black Heart' here? Sales and chart run of course! Imagine if they perform this on the XFactor later on and reduce it to 59p?

October 13, 201311 yr Is anyone else secretly hoping for a 'Black Heart' here? Sales and chart run of course! I always hope for the best, but I think that's too unrealistic! 'Black Heart' is approaching 500,000 sales (477,500 as of April 2013 - it's not known how much it has sold in the past 6 months). Considering 'What About Us' has sold around 380,000 to date, as a #1 hit, I don't see 'Disco Love' as a #5 hit having the legs to become such a huge seller. I think the very best 'Disco Love' will manage is to possibly exceed 200,000 by the end of its chart life.
October 13, 201311 yr There is only much they can do. I believe, if Frankie had been there all thru the promo, it would have been a booster, anyone else on same lines? As a 4 piece, if they can go as far as 4 in iTunes, with all 5 ,......every chance for a No.1 Edited October 13, 201311 yr by holler
October 13, 201311 yr Another top 5 under their belt confirmed then! :cheer: Was kinda hoping they would get #6 though. Maybe Not Giving Up could get there when it smashes the charts in January! :D
October 13, 201311 yr Yay, 8 top 5 singles. Not bad going for a group people love to bitch about and put them and their success down. They keep getting back up when they're knocked down. :D Edited October 13, 201311 yr by Encore

They keep getting back up when they're knocked down. :D totally see that! they are living proof that you don't need all these number 1s to be successful etc. They have a great fanbase who love to see them do well and that's all that matters!
October 13, 201311 yr Author Very happy that they managed another top 5  Probably could have been top 3 or their second #1 if they released after WAU, though.
October 13, 201311 yr I genuinely think this would have been #2 behind John Newman had it been released instead of Gentleman!
October 13, 201311 yr C'Mon Gentleman was the boldest song The Sats have ever released, for improvement of the society ;)
October 13, 201311 yr Gentleman did nothing for them. Nothing. It bombed and the critics didn't like it. On a more positive note, this enters at #4 in Scotland :) Edited October 13, 201311 yr by LoveKiller
