November 13, 201312 yr This has happened a couple of times before, notably with Lady Gaga (Judas / Edge of Glory) and Kanjay (No Church / African-American People in Paris). Both songs receive the same share of play, though what I don't know is whether they both get the same amount of play all other B-listed songs should get or whether the plays a B-listed song should get are split between them. So a song on the B-List receives 2 plays per day, do you think SOWK and HoH will get 1 play each per day or BOTH receive 2 plays? It would make sense for them to both receive 2 plays per day
November 13, 201312 yr I dread to think what the radio edit of Hard Out Here is like. I just listened to the Radio 1 Review Show and it seems like they cut out the words like 'tits' but left in all the bitches. Bit hypocritical after they butchered Britney's Work Bitch. November 14, 201312 yr If I were to guess I'd say they'd split the plays but it really is impossible to tell! I don't really see why they're treating both songs as one playlist entry tbh. What they really should have done was just entered both songs separately on the playlist, cos effectively they're playlisting both songs. This would have made much more sense. Then each song could move up the playlist at its own pace.
November 14, 201312 yr Very strange, that after keeping Atlas on the playlist for 8+ weeks they finally decide that the time to take it off is the week of the film's release...
