Ah okay! I think this is the first year I've actually paid any attention to TBO past the nomination stage (what with none of my songs making it past that last year and me generally not paying much attention to anything to do with BJSC prior to 2012).

It's not really going brilliantly for my votes so far. 5 songs out of 20 through, only one of which was a top 2.

Another great set of results bar one (Sharon) right there! Bibio the dark horse (for like 25th in the final at best probably).

It's almost as if more exposure gives songs a chance to grow on people you might even say.

 

Of course there is that possibility, however it seems a little less 'giving it a chance to grow' and more 'CHART MUSIC IS AMAZING'.

Oh darn, just noticed that :( Batidas being inactive probably didn't help though...

The qualifiers are a bit all over the place but most contests were very close and a good few pop nations didn't vote, which probably impacted on the likes of Taped Rai and Rivaz etc. :(
