That's pretty astounding really, given that so many American females have had so many more Top 5 hits than that - even Britney's on 17 :o

 

(for comparison, at a quick count, Rihanna's on 21 and Madonna's on a staggering 46! Puts the British females to shame!)

Looks like someone was 'Living For The Weekend' a bit too much, and has ended up losing a day! :lol:

She looks good for moving up to number 2 in the next few hours anyway. Especially if Lily continues to fall as much as she did in the last update, christ. I suspect Lily will bounce right back up again though and, once the weekend hits and her advert is hammered, she'll be fine.

Very true, probably could have worded that better. I just wish she was #1 - I really like her. I was quite partial but I went to her Labrynth tour and she was so incredible, I'd go as far to say she was better than the 6 times I saw the Spice Girls and the 4 times I saw The Sats - and i'm a stan! I feel she deserves more 'Spirit' like success.

 

Anyway, I'd imagine the Christmas songs will get a boost Saturday - Friday next week as thats the prime period for work dos and parties leading up to Black Friday

Sadly 0 so far but hopefully that will soon change. 'Beauty' isn't even on iTunes yet and it's already midweek #41 so I think it'll shoot straight into the top 10 when it's added to iTunes.
